New tattoos!

¿Os acordáis de la canción de Azúcar Moreno, “solo se vive una vez”? Pues eso, más claro agua.

Me gusta vivir y disfrutar de cada día, de cada experiencia, de cada viaje, de cada cosa que me pasa al máximo porque nunca sabemos cuándo será la última vez.

Hoy por fin os puedo enseñar mis dos nuevos tatuajes. Son muy pequeños, como todos los demás, y en zonas que no me veo y que tampoco se ven mucho por los demás. Ahí es donde me gusta llevarlos para no cansarme.

FREE: soy una mujer muy independiente. Lo he sido desde siempre según me han comentado mis padres. No tengo problemas en viajar o ir al cine sola, y me encanta de hecho estar sola. Creo que mucha gente no sabe estarlo y por eso acaban cometiendo errores que a largo plazo salen más caros. Si sólo aprendiésemos que nosotros mismos somos la persona más importante de nuestra vida, nadie más, nos querríamos y valoraríamos más… Además aunque no soy nada feminista, reconozco que me encanta conocer a mujeres luchadoras. No sólo mujeres que luchan por un sueño o que tienen éxito laboral, mujeres que se enfrentan a situaciones que no les corresponden y aún así salen airosas y las superan. Mujeres que luchan contra enfermedades terribles y ganan. Eso me encanta. Como diría mi amiga Patry Jordán “yo puedo con todo”, por lo tanto esta palabra, free, es muy importante para mí porque todos somos libres. Otra cosa es cómo actuemos con esa libertad, pero este desde luego es el regalo más bonito que nos ha dado Dios.

AVIÓN DE PAPEL: me encanta viajar y me paso la vida en un avión. Ya lo sabéis. Por lo tanto algo relacionado con esto quería hacerme… pero la silueta de un avión la veía muy “seria” para mí. Yo vivo más bien en un mundo de Peter Pan sin querer desprenderme del todo de esa niña que llevo dentro. “Nunca crezcas”. Por lo tanto jugué con este doble significado y me he tatuado un avión pequeño de papel relacionado con todos los viajes y personas que he conocido en ellos. El poder viajar y descubrir rincones alucinantes del mundo y a personas que se vuelven amigos de verdad me parece lo más bonito que tiene mi trabajo.

“You only live once”, note to self. Never forget it.

I like to live and enjoy every day, every experience, every trip, every thing that happens to me to the maximum because we never know when it will be the last time.

Today finally I can show you my two new tattoos. They are very small, like all the other ones, and in areas that I do not see daily and others can’t see either. That’s where I like them, a little bit hidden so I do not get tired quickly.

FREE: I am a very independent woman. I have always been as I have been told by my parents. I have no problem in traveling alone or going to the movies alone, and I really love being alone. I think a lot of people do not know how to be alone and that’s why they end up making mistakes that are more expensive in the long run. If we only could learn that ourselves are the most important person in our life, no one else, we would love and appreciate ourselves so much more… In addition, although I do not tend to be very feminist, I do recognize that I love meeting women who are fighting. Not only women who struggle for a dream or who are successful at work, women who have faced situations that do not correspond to them at this moment and still come out and overcome them. Women who fight against terrible diseases and win. I love them. As my friend Patry Jordán would say “I can with everything”. Therefore this word, free, is very important to me because we are all free. Another thing is how we act and how we use with that freedom, but this is certainly the most beautiful gift God has given us.

PAPER PLANE: I love to travel and I spend most of my life on a plane. You know that. So I wanted to do something related to this… but the silhouette of a real plane looked very “serious” to me. I live more in a Peter Pan world without wanting to detach myself completely from that girl I have inside. “Never grow up”. So I played with this double meaning and I have tattooed a small paper airplane related to all my travels and people I have met in them. Being able to travel and discover beautiful corners of the world and people who become real friends seems to me the most beautiful thing that my work has brought to me.

China: The Great Wall

Caminar sobre la Gran Muralla China: deseo cumplido.

Me encanta ir creciendo e ir viendo cómo voy cumpliendo las cosas que más he deseado, mis sueños, y uno de ellos como seguramente lo es el de muchas personas, era caminar por la Gran Muralla China.

Una muralla construída hace más de 2.000 años, mucho antes de Cristo, y además con una extensión de más de 21.000km. ¡Es impresionante! Es el único monumento construido por los humanos que se puede ver desde el espacio.

Se dice además que es el cementerio más grande del mundo ya que durante toda su construcción murieron más de 10.000 personas que fueron enterradas en sus inmediaciones…

En el año 1.987 fue declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO y más adelante en 2.007 fue elegida como una de las 7 Maravillas del Mundo. Me encanta haber podido estar ahí y se me ponen los pelos de punta viendo y recordando estas imágenes…

Aunque el día parezca soleado estábamos a unos 10 grados bajo cero… ¡imaginaos el frío! Pero yo como buena campeona decidí quitarme por unos segundos mi abrigo para poder hacerme fotos del look completo para vosotros.

De hecho del viento que hacía no pudimos coger el teleférico que nos había subido hasta allí por lo que tuvimos que caminar montaña abajo durante una hora para volver al pueblo… toda una aventura y experiencia maravillosa que nunca olvidaré.

En estas las fotos salgo con mis “churritos” Sylvia y Carlitos sin los que nada hubiese sido lo mismo.

Me despido ya hasta el lunes familia y os deseo un feliz fin de semana a todos. El mío está lleno de cenas y fiestas de Navidad… Os iré contando todo en mi Stories.

Walking through the Great Wall of China: wish fulfilled.

I love to grow up and see how I am fulfilling the things that I have always wanted to do, my dreams, my wishes, and one of them as surely is the one of many of you, was to walk through the Great Wall in China.

This Wall was built more than 2,000 years ago, before Christ, and also with an extension of more than 21,000km. It’s wonderful! It is the only monument built by humans that can be seen from space.

It is also said that it’s the largest cemetery in the world since throughout its construction more than 10,000 people died and were buried in its vicinity…

In the year 1.987 The Great Wall was declared Patrimony of the Humanity by UNESCO and later in 2007 it was chosen as one of the 7 Wonders of the World. I love being able to be there and I’m still having such a strong feelings right now watching and remembering these images…

Although the day seems sunny we were about 10 degrees below zero… imagine the cold! But as a good champion I am I decided to take my coat out for a few seconds to be able to take photos of the complete look for you.

In fact because of the strong wind we did not get to the cableway that had climbed us up there so we had to walk down the mountain for an hour to get back to the cool village… a whole adventure and wonderful experience that we will never forget.

In these photos I’m with two of my babes, Sylvia and Carlitos. Without them nothing would have been the same.

I say goodbye now until Monday family and I wish you all a happy weekend. Mine is full of dinners and Christmas parties… I’ll tell you everything on my Stories and Instagram.

¡Buenos días chicos!

Hoy os saludo desde la Costa Brava donde estoy disfrutando de unos días en esta bonita zona.

Son medio “vacaciones” porque ya sabéis que para bien o para mal nunca puedo desconectar del todo, pero bueno, yo me lo paso genial de todas formas.

¿Y qué es una de las cosas que más valoramos durante el año y también en verano? El tiempo. Para mí ahorrar tiempo en todo lo que puedo es fundamental. Por eso ya sabéis que en el momento de la ducha intento aplicarme todas las cremas que puedo para no perder más tiempo después.

Este verano he descubierto unos productos que creo que os van a encantar tanto como a mí. Son los nuevos aceites hidratantes para el cuerpo de Natural Honey. ¿Lo mejor de todo? Que se aplican debajo de la ducha y listo. No tenemos que aplicarnos nada después, simplemente secarnos con la toalla. Además hay tres modelos diferentes: aceite de argán, de coco y de rosa de mosqueta. Este tercero es mi favorito porque me encanta el olor y además la rosa de mosqueta protege mucho la piel y ayuda a cicatrizar mejor, reparar la piel, etc. Yo ya uso productos con este componente desde hace años.

Así que mi piel tan morenita e hidratada este verano se debe en gran parte a este nuevo descubrimiento. ¿Los conocíais?

Estas fotos las hicimos en el pequeño puerto de Platja D’Aro, la primera zona que hemos visitado. Me encanta este look por cierto, con crop top blanco, shorts grises y camisa de rayas oversize.

Hello Guys!

I’m currently at Costa Brava where I am enjoying a few days in this beautiful area in the South east of Spain.

They are half “vacation” because you know that I can never disconnect from my work at all, but I always enjoy everything anyway.

And what is one of the things that we most value during the year and specially in summer time? Time. For me to save time in all I can is fundamental. So I always try to win time when I’m under the shower applying all the creams I can to avoid losing more time later.

This summer I have discovered a few products that I think you’ll love as much as me. They are the new moisturizing body oils from Natural Honey. The best of all? You can apply them under the shower and you are ready. We don’t need to apply anything else after, just dry off with a towel. In addition to this there are three different models: organ oil, coconut and rose hips. This third one is my favorite because I love the smell and also rose hips protects so much our skin and helps to heal better, skin repair, etc. I already have used this component in other products since many years ago.

So my hydrated and perfect tanned skin this summer is due in part to this new discovery. Did you know them?

Summer make up!

¡Buenos días chicos!

Antes que nada quiero daros las gracias por la buena repercusión que ha tenido mi último vídeo de mi canal. Es un vídeo que llevaba tiempo queriendo hacer pero no sabía cómo y tenía dudas por el tema de la repercusión negativa que pudiese tener en algunas personas… pero lo he hecho porque al final yo soy así, intento ser lo más natural y cercana posible a vosotros y creo que ha sido lo más acertado y justo para que me conozcáis un poquito más y también lo que he vivido.

Y ¡cómo me gusta a mí estrenar nuevos productos de belleza eh! Os prometo que me hace más ilusión estrenar algo de esto que una prenda de ropa haha. En mi bolsa de pinturas de diario, que es la que veis en las imágenes a la derecha, siempre llevo los productos que más uso, y me encanta ir probando nuevos que se convierten en un must have para mí.

Tengo la gran suerte de ser embajadora de Marc Jacobs belleza por lo que en los últimos meses he probado casi todos sus productos, y me encantan. Os quería enseñar en este primer post los que ya uso a diario y cómo los uso.

Ahora en verano como estoy morenita no uso base de maquillaje. Simplemente llevo polvos de sol y este colorete rosado que da color a mis mejillas. El nuevo gloss nude/rosa de la marca también va en mi bolso todos los días porque es el tono neutral que me gusta. Los lápices de ojos, negro y marrón, los uso para dar color en el párpado a modo de eyeliner difuminándolo con mi propio dedo (el marrón) y el negro para la línea interna del ojo. La máscara también es una pasada porque alarga nuestras pestañas hasta el infinito al tener las cerdas muy largas. Y el toque de color que más me ha gustado es esta barra morada para una noche de verano que estoy deseando estrenar. ¡Nunca pensé que llevaría morado en los labios pero esta me ha convencido! ¿Qué os parece a vosotros?

Hello my friends!

First of all I want to thank you for the good impact it has had my last video on my tv channel. It is a video that I have been for a long time waiting to share with you but I did not do it before because I had doubts about the issue and for the posible negative impact that might have on some people… but finally I did it because in the end I’m just like this, I try to be as natural and as close to you as possible and I think it has been successful because you can know me a little bit more and also what I have passed through into my life.

Now… How much I like trying new beauty products hehe! I promise you that it makes me even more excited to discover new beauty products more than clothes. In my daily beauty bag, which is the one you can see in the pictures on the right, I always carry the products that I use most, and I love to try the new ones that have become a must have for me.

I’m lucky enough to be ambassador of Marc Jacobs beauty so in the last few months I have tried almost all its products, and I love them all. I wanted to show you in this first post the ones that I already use daily and how to use them.

Now in summer time, as I’m already tanned, I do not use foundation. I just put some sun powder and then this pink blush that gives color to my cheeks. The new nude/pink gloss is also on my bag every day because it is the neutral tone that I like for my day a day. Eye pencils, black and brown, I use the to give color on the eyeliner and I extend it with my own finger (the brown) and black for the inner line of the eye. The mask is also so good to create our infinity eyelashes having very long bristles. And the touch of color comes with this purple lipstick for a summer night that I can’t wait to release. I never thought I would wear purple on my lips but this one has convinced me at all! What do you think about it?

Mini break

Mmmmmm… es lo primero que se me viene a la mente cuando veo estas fotos que hice en Madrid uno de mis días de trabajo…

Soy adicta al chocolate en todas sus variantes y si es fresquito y almendrado como los Magnum Mini, aún más.

Estoy muy contenta de haber podido participar en su campaña de este año para promocionar los Magnum Mini porque aparte de que los llevo consumiendo en casa desde siempre me parece que tienen un precio muy asequible para todos. ¡Sólo cuestan 1€! Y son el snack perfecto para comerlo cómo y dónde quieras, sobre todo cuando nos entra ese gusanillo entre horas. Además hay 3 sabores diferentes… como podéis ver mi favorito es el almendrado con chocolate con leche.

Hoy os enseño algunas imágenes de uno de mis días de trabajo y mi momento “respiro” para tomarme uno de estos helados. Generalmente mi casa está llena de revistas, y siempre voy con alguna en la mano. Ya sabéis que es muy importante enterarse rápido de las próximas tendencias y por qué no, coger ideas para looks aunque luego los adaptemos a nuestro estilo. Además los días que tengo varias reuniones con agencias o marcas prefiero ir con calzado plano y cómodo para poder caminar por la ciudad. Y ¿qué sería de la vida de una mujer sin irse de compras eh? hehe. Muchas veces no compro nada pero sí me gusta tener algún rato a la semana para entrar a ver cositas de nueva colección y despejarme un poco de mi ajetreada agenda. También me habéis preguntado mucho que cómo me muevo en mi día a día y la verdad es que aunque tengo coche pero es un caos moverlo en Madrid, por eso me encanta promover el transporte público de nuestra ciudad que os tengo que decir que comparado con el de otras ciudades internacionales es muy limpio y rápido. Así que seguro que más de uno me habéis visto por el metro o en el autobús.

Mmmmmm … this is the first thing that comes to my mind when I see these pictures I did in Madrid about one of my working days…

I’m addicted to chocolate in all its forms and it is even cooler with almonds and milk chocolate like this mini Magnum, even more.

I am very happy to have participated in the new campaign to promote this mini Magnum ice creams because apart from that I’ve been eating them at home since always they also have a very affordable price for everyone. Only 1 €! And at least for me they are the perfect snack at work between hours. In addition to this you have 3 different flavors… as you can see my favourite one is the almond with milk chocolate hehe.

Today I show you some pictures of one of my working days and my “break” moment to taste one of these ice creams. Generally my house is full of magazines, and I use to go with one on my hands. You know it’s very important to discover the upcoming trends and why not, to get ideas for looks but then adapt them to our personal style. Besides, every day I have many meetings with agencies or brands so I prefer to go with flats, to feel more comfortable to walk around town. And what would be the life of a woman without going shopping? haha. Many times I just enter a store but don’t buy anything, just to have a look to the new collection and to clear my mind a little bit of my busy schedule. You also have asked many times how I move in my day a day around the city and the truth is that although I have a car, it’s a real chaos to move with it in Madrid, so I love to promote public transport in our city. I have to say that compared with other international cities ours is very clean and fast. So certainly more than one of you would have seen me on the subway or on the bus.

¡Buenos días desde Barcelona!

Llegué ayer por la mañana a la ciudad condal para asistir a los desfiles de la 080, y arrancó bastante bien sobre todo porque me hace mucha ilusión poder encontrarme con todas mis amigas y compis de aquí.

Ayer en concreto asistí al desfile de Sita Murt a las 21h que me encantó porque su propuesta para el verano que viene es muy fresca y joven con prendas midi (pantalones y faldas), escotes preciosos de espalda y tejidos étnicos y vaporosos.

Para el primer día de desfiles escogí un vestido en color hueso para resaltar mi moreno hehe. Es un diseño muy clásico que combina mis colores favoritos, por eso escogí mis slingback en bicolor crema y negro y luego accesorios en negro con detalles dorados: clutch, gafas de sol y reloj.

Estoy alojándome junto a otras bloggers en el Hotel Catalonia Plaza que está en Plaza de España, una zona muy céntrica de la ciudad y que además nos pilla muy cerca de la pasarela.

Me voy a ver qué se cuece en los desfiles de hoy y nos vemos esta noche en Non Stop People para que os cuente más cositas en directo de los desfiles de hoy. Recordad, desde las 22h en el dial 23 de Movistar Plus.

Good morning from Barcelona!

I arrived yesterday morning to Barcelona to attend 080 fashion shows and they started quite well especially because I am very happy and excited to meet all my friends and mates from here.

Yesterday in particular I attended Sita Murt fashion show at 21h which I loved because its proposal for the next summer is very fresh and young with midi clothes (trousers and skirts), precious back necklines and ethnic and silk prints and fabrics.

For the first day of this week I chose a dress in off-white to highlight my tanned skin hehe. It is a very classic design that combines my favorite colors, so I chose my bicolour slingback shoes in cream and black and then accessories in black with gold accents: clutch, sunglasses and watch.

I’m staying with other bloggers at Hotel Catalonia Plaza which is located at Plaza de España, a central area of the city that it is also near to the shows.

I’m going now to see what is happening today there and see you tonight at Non Stop People channel where I will tell you more details about todays shows. Remember, from 22h at the 23rd dial of Movistar Plus.

Wedding time

¡La boda de mi mejor amigo!

Sólo que terminó bastante mejor que en la peli… hahaha.

El sábado pasado se daban el “sí quiero” mi amigo Rober y su guapísima novia María, en la Finca Montealegre, a 80 kilómetros de Madrid.

Desde luego si algo se escuchó en la boda es: ¡vaya pareja de guapos! Son modelos los dos, y ¡cómo se quieren!

Y efectivamente y puedo corroborar todo.

Conozco a Rober desde hace años, mi familia también, y es un chico encantador, trabajador y lo más importante: muy buena persona. Por eso yo tenía miedo de que no pudiese encontrar a una chica buena como él y que le mereciese… ¡hasta que llegó María! Ella con una sonrisa siempre en la cara pase lo que pase, con sus ojazos azules y pelo rubio, y siempre dispuesta a animarte pase lo que pase… Me encantan como pareja desde el minuto uno y les deseo lo mejor, aunque no me cabe duda de que les va a ir genial.

El amor el amor… ¡qué complicadas son las relaciones sentimentales pero cómo las necesitamos para alcanzar nuestra felicidad! El amor todo lo puede… Al menos yo reconozco que soy mucho más feliz cuando tengo pareja que cuando no y que he llegado a hacer auténticas locuras por amor… No puedo ni pienso quejarme nunca de no tener pareja porque la verdad es que soltera también estoy bien y me lo paso genial… Pero sabéis que soy una persona muy cariñosa y me encanta tener a alguien con quien compartir un amor y cariño más profundo. Me encantan los pequeños detalles e intento tenerlos a diario con amigos y familia. Y creo que aparte del pilar fundamental de la confianza para que funcione una pareja, también son muy importantes los pequeños detalles del día a día porque son los que van reforzando la relación y el cariño entre dos personas. Cuando quieres algo tienes que cuidarlo. E igual que lo hacemos con nuestra casa, nuestro coche, nuestra ropa, nuestro cuerpo… tenemos que hacerlo con la persona que tenemos al lado. Valorarla, quererla, demostrárselo cada día, … del lo contrario podemos terminar arrepintiéndonos toda la vida de haber perdido a alguien que realmente merecía la pena…

Bueno, ya estoy en Barcelona lista para asistir a algunos de los desfiles de la 080. Os iré contando todo como siempre en directo a través de mi Snapchat: itgirlmarta.

My best friend’s Wedding!

Only that ended much better than in the movie … hahaha.

Last Saturday it was my best friend Rober and his beautiful girlfriend María’s wedding at Finca Montealegre, 80 kilometres away from Madrid.

Of course if something was heard at the wedding it was: what a beautiful couple! They look like two models, and how they love each other!

And indeed and I can corroborate everything.

Rober is my friend since many years ago, he also knows my family, and is a charming, hardworking guy and most important: a very good person. So I was afraid he could not find a good girl like him and that she deserved him… until he met María! She is always with a smile on her face no matter what happens. Little girl with blue eyes and blond hair, and always ready to cheer you up in any situation… I love them as a couple since the first day and I wish them all the bliss, but I have no doubt that they will be so happy.

Love, love, love… it is very complicated when talking about relationships but how we need it to be happy! Love conquers all… Don’t you think so? At least I recognize that I am much happier when I have a couple than when I do not. I can not think or complain never for not having a couple because the truth is that single I’m also fine and I enjoy a lot… But you know that I am a very sensitive and loving person and I like having someone to share love and deep affection. I love the little details in life and I do try to have them daily with my friends and family. And I think that apart from the fundamental pillar of trust for any couple, they are also very important small details day a day because they are the ones to strengthen the relationship and affection between two people. When you want something you have to look after it. And just as we take care of our house, our car, our clothes, our body… we have to do it with the person next to us. To appreciate it, to love her/him, to show them every day our love… otherwise we may end up regretting have lost someone who really worth it…

¡Buenos días familia!

Sábado y yo de nuevo en Madrid que ya sabéis que tuve que adelantar mi vuelta porque hoy tengo la boda de uno de mis mejores amigos… Os contaré como siempre todo en directo a través de mi Snapchat: itgirlmarta.

Y por fin puedo traeros un post muy especial para mi que seguro que os acordáis de que lo fui a grabar a Girona hace unos meses.

Ya sabéis que uno de mis propósitos del nuevo año ha sido iniciar por fin (que ya era hora), un estilo de vida más saludable, y para ello es necesario cuidarse por fuera pero también por dentro. Y bueno estáis viendo también en mi día a día que lo hago con yoga, ejercicios de meditación y por supuesto con ayudas externas como la que os voy a contar hoy, pero completamente naturales.

Ana María La Justicia, de las primeras químicas de nuestro país, es una mujer de 92 años que para mí desde luego se ha convertido en un ejemplo a seguir. Ha dedicado la mayor parte de su vida a estudiar acerca del magnesio y otros elementos naturales necesarios para nuestro cuerpo y para el buen funcionamiento interno del mismo. Esta gran empresaria ha creado las que yo ya llamo “pastillas de la felicidad” porque en estos 3 meses que llevo tomándolas me han devuelto el equilibrio interno que no tenía desde hace tiempo, me ayudan a dormir mejor, me hacen ver todo desde una perspectiva más positiva y tranquila… y lo mejor de todo como os he dicho antes es que son pastillas y compuestos naturales, por lo que no hay ningún efecto secundario ni a corto ni a largo plazo.

Good morning family!

Saturday and I’m back again in Madrid. I had to return yesterday from my last trip to Mykonos because today I have the wedding of one of my best friends Roberto… I’m so excited and happy for them! I will show you everything live as always through my Snapchat: itgirlmarta.

And finally I can talk to you about a very special post to me that I am sure you will remember. I went to film it to Girona a few months ago.

You know that one of my New Year’s golas was to finally start a healthier lifestyle, and this requires to take care on the outside but also on the inside. Well you’re also seeing in my day a day that I now practice yoga at least once a week, meditation exercises and of course with external support such as these pills that I will show you today, which are completely natural.

Ana María La Justicia, of the first chemical women in our country, is a woman of 92 years old that for me and many other women has become an example to follow. She has being working most of her life studying about magnesium and other natural elements necessary for our body and for the proper internal functioning of it. This great entrepreneur has created what I have named “happy pills” because in these three months I’ve been taking them I have returned to my internal balance that I had not in a while, they help me to sleep better, they make me see things from a more positive and calm perspective… I really feel more relaxed. But the best of all, as I said before, is that they are pills made with only natural ingredients, so there is no short or long-term side effects.

¡Viernes por fin!

Semana larga e intensa de trabajo pero ya va llegando el momento de cerrar el ordenador y hacer la maleta de nuevo… ¡que mañana me voy de viaje otra vez! Os contaré todo en directo como siempre a través de mi Snapchat: itgirlmarta.

Y respecto a mis Snapchats de anoche gustaría decir que voy a preparar ese vídeo no por nada, sino porque lo necesito y creo que es lo más justo para que os deis cuenta que este no es un camino de rosas… como ninguno vamos. Muchas veces parece que nuestra “vida” mola todo el día viajando, comiendo fuera, nos regalan ropa y productos cada día… pero detrás de todo eso hay mucho mucho más, y muy malos momentos también. Así que no daré nombres pero si os contaré algunas cosas que a mi personalmente me han pasado y he vivido porque me veo en la necesidad de compartirlas con vosotros como hago con todo.

Y hoy os enseño un shooting de uno de mis días diarios de trabajo. Aprovechando que tenía una reunión en uno de mis hoteles favoritos de Madrid, me llevé también el ordenador y la cámara para fotografiar el look y para terminar de enviar algunos documentos y mails. Como veis, aunque estemos en verano, con unos shorts negros y un top blanco podemos conseguir un look perfecto para ir a trabajar.

Bueno, me voy a terminar o más bien empezar la maleta y voy a intentar grabaros un vídeo de todo lo que me llevo para subirlo el domingo.

Finally Friday again!

After a non stop and long working week already it is almost time to close the computer and pack agai … I’m traveling again tomorrow but inside Europe this time. I will tell you everything live as always through my Snapchat: itgirlmarta.

And about my last night Snapchats I’d like to say that I will prepare that video yes, I will not prepare for something bad but just because I need it and I think it is something you must now about this “lifestyle” and to see that not all in the pics and videos is always as perfect as it seems… It often seems that our “life” is super cool because we are all day traveling, eating out, they give us clothes and products every day… but behind all that there are much more work and “behind the scenes”, and very bad moments too. So I will not give names on the video but I will tell you some things that I personally have passed and I have lived because I feel the need to share them with you as I do with everything. You are a very important part of my life now.

And today I show you a photo shooting of one of my daily work days. Taking advantage that I had a meeting in one of my favorite hotels at the city (Madrid), I also took my computer and my camera to shoot the look and to finish sending some documents and mails. As you can see, although we are in summer time, with a pair of black shorts and a white top we can get a perfect look to go to work.

Well, I’ll finish or better start packing now and I’ll try to record a new video of everything that I will bring to this new trip, to share the video with you this Sunday.

Homemade mask

¡Buenos días familia!

¿Cómo habéis pasado el finde? Yo la verdad es que no he parado como habréis visto, y como estoy acostumbrada, pero he sacado también momentos para cuidarme, como el que os cuento hoy.

Si hay una reina de los “potingues” para la cara, esa soy yo. Siempre pruebo mil cremas, remedios caseros, … de todo lo que piense que me puede funcionar o ir bien para la piel. Por eso cuando me escribieron para sumarme al reto de 10 días de Demak’up que comienza hoy conmigo y esta mascarilla casera, tuve que aceptarlo porque me siento muy identificada. Además según los últimos estudios más del 85% de las mujeres usamos soluciones caseras para el rostro… ¡me encanta!

Con la ayuda de mi madre, como siempre, y de mi amigo Carlitos, me puse manos a la obra el sábado por la tarde.

Esta mascarilla como os digo es casera y se hace en menos de un minuto. Sólo necesitamos dos fresas (las demás os las podéis comer como hice yo hehe), una cucharada de miel y un yogur. Batimos las fresas y a continuación echamos el resto de productos. Luego aplicamos el líquido directamente sobre la cara. Yo la dejé actuar unos 10 minutos y luego la retiré con los discos de algodón que llevo usando años, que son los Expert Oval con textura de panel de abeja de Demak’up. Para mí son los únicos que consiguen quitarme la “capa de maquillaje” con la que llego cada día a casa… sobre todo los días que tengo grabaciones porque te maquillan y te remaquillan todo el rato…

Tanto Carlos como yo (sí sí, él también la probó conmigo), sentimos la cara en el acto mucho más suave y lisa, había desaparecido la suciedad acumulada y notamos la piel de nuestro rostro más brillante. A mí me encanta probar estas cosas que además se hacen así de fácilmente y rápido en casa.

Good morning family!

How have you spent the weekend? The truth is that I have not stopped as you have seen through my medias, as I’m used to, but I have also had some time for me, as I tell you today.

If there is a queen of the “potions” for the face, that’s me. I really like and enjoy trying a thousand creams, home remedies,… everything I think that can work or go well for my skin. So when I they contacted me to join the Demak’up challenge of 10 days starting today with me and this homemade mask, I had to accept it because I feel very identified. In addition to this and according to the latest studies more than 85% of women use homemade solutions for the face care… I love it!

With the help of my mother, as always, and my dear friend Carlos, we started working on the Saturday afternoon.

This mask as I say is homemade and it takes less than a minute to prepare. We only need two strawberries (the other you can eat them like I did hehe), a spoon of honey and a yogurt. Cream the strawberries and then add the remaining products. Then apply the liquid directly on your face. I let it work for about 10 minutes and then I removed it with the cleaning contain that I’ve been using for years, which are oval and grid, from Demak’up. For me they are the only ones that help me every day when I arrive home to really clean completely my face after all the make up they put me… especially the days that I have to film or record something because they put make up on me over and over again…

Both Carlos and I (yes yes, he also tried it), feel our face much softer and smoother at the moment, it disappeared the accumulated dirt and we noticed our skin super bright. I love trying these kind of homemade solutions and even more being so easily and quickly to prepare.
