BCN Meet Up 2015

Por fin os puedo contar más cositas y enseñaros los dos looks que me puse para disfrutar del BCN Meet Up de este año donde nos reunimos varias marcas y bloggers importantes de nuestro país.

Entre ellas destacar a mis chicas de Trendy Taste, Mes Voyages a Paris, Hola Cuore, Necklace of Pearls, Erea Louro, A Trendy Life o Bartabac. ¡Qué bien nos lo pasamos todas juntas!

Con el hashtag #BCNMeetUpMeliaSKY2 y todos reunidos en el bonito hotel Melia Sky de Barcelona, comenzamos estas nuevas jornadas con una ponencia de marcas y bloggers. Yo fui una de las ponentes y di varios consejos y puntos de vista (que muchos de vosotros ya los conocéis por mis vídeos de youtube) sobre cómo empezar a colaborar con las marcas siendo un blogger o influencer, y lo importante que es sentirse identificado con la firma que representamos. Es importante no ‘engañar’ en estos temas porque al final no somos fieles ni a nuestros seguidores ni a nosotros mismos.

Escogí dos looks muy diferentes: uno más otoñal con falda cortita y camisa blanca mientras que el otro es más abrigado, más invernal.

El primero lo elegí porque me enamoré de los estampados de todas las faldas de esta marca que no conocía la verdad, Marola, y son faldas con goma a la cintura y hechas y tintadas a mano, por lo que no habrá dos iguales. La combiné con una camisa blanca y unas sandalias de terciopelo, que sabéis que se lleva mucho este invierno, en azul marino con plataforma.

Por otra parte el outfit más para estos días de frío frío, está formado por un abrigo de pelito negro, la misma camisa esta vez combinada con unos botines negros y unos vaqueros grises ajustados. Para dar un punto diferente me puse un top corto encima de la camisa en gris jaspeado.

Finally I can tell you more things and show you pics with the two outfits that I wore to enjoy the BCN Meet Up of this year where we meet some important top bloggers and brands in our country.

Specially I had a really fun and nice time with my girls from Trendy Taste, Mes Voyages a Paris, Hola Cuore, Necklace of Pearls, Erea Louro, A Trendy Life or Bartabac. Love you babes and hope to meet u all again soon!

With the hashtag #BCNMeetUpMeliaSKY2 and we all together in the beautiful Melia Sky Hotel in Barcelona, we started these new sessions with a presentation of brands and bloggers. I was one of the speakers and I gave tips and viewpoints (which many of you have already watched on my YouTube channel) about how to start collaborating with brands being a blogger or influencer, and how important it is to feel identified with the firm we represent or we are wearing. It is important not to ‘lye’ on these things guys because we are not faithful to our followers and also to or ourselves in the end.

I chose two very different looks: a more autumnal with a mini skirt and white shirt while the other option is more warm, more winter kind of.

The first one I chose it because I fell in love with the print of all the skirts of this new brand to me, I did not know it before, Marola, and they all are rubber skirts at the waist and hand made, so you will never find the same one. I combined it with a white shirt crop style and velvet sandals, that you know that is a top trend for this winter, in navy blue and with platform.

The other outfit it’s perfect for these cold cold days and it consists on a black fur coat, the same shirt this time combined with black booties and skinny gray jeans. To give a different touch I put on a short top in heather gray over the shirt.

My CKJ Diary: sporty dress

¡Buenos días!

Ya puedo contaros tanto misterio acerca del proyecto tan especial en el que trabajamos el jueves pasado… Y es que me encanta poder enseñaros por fin el resultado de una serie de posts o ‘Diaries‘ que iré publicando a lo largo de las tres próximas semanas para mostraros las prendas que más me gustan de la colección de Calvin Klein Jeans para el próximo invierno.

He escogido como primer look este vestido estilo de deportivo. Es por encima de la rodilla, con media manga, bolsillos delanteros y lleva cuello oversize ancho con cordones para dar un punto más casual. Como calzado escogió mis botas negras con cadenas plateadas que claramente aportan el toque más motero y luego llevo una mochila negra y unas gafas de sol también negras. Ya sabéis que cada vez soy más fan de salir a la calle cuanto más cómoda mejor, pues con este vestido, unas botas o deportivas y una mochila o bolso básico negro podéis conseguir un estilismo de lo más moderno y trendy sin mucho esfuerzo.

Una vez más me puse en manos de Anabel para el maquillaje y peinado y este trabajazo de fotos y producción no hubiese sido posible sin Valentín y Carmen. ¡Gracias por todo chicos!

Morning guys!

Finally I can tell you all the mystery about that special project you know that we have been working on from last Thursday… And I really like to be able to show you the final result of a serie of posts or ‘Diaries’ that I will publishing over the next three weeks to show you the clothes that I like most from Calvin Klein Jeans collection for next autumn/winter.

I have chosen for the first look this sporty kinda dress. It is above the knee, with half sleeve, front pockets and wide oversize neck with laces for a more casual touch. As shoes I chose my black booties with silver chains that clearly brought the biker trend to the look and then I took a black backpack and also my fav pair of black leather sunnies. You know that every day I’m becoming more and more fan of dressing up as comfy as possible, I think that’s the best thing to be yourself and to get the best street style. So with a basic casual dress like this, some boots or sneakers and a black backpack or shoulder bag you can get a simple styling but so modern and trendy without much effort.

Once again I chose my dear Anabel for my makeup and hairstyle and this amazing pics and videos and production would not have been possible without Valentin and Carmen. Thanks for everything guys!

¡Buenos días amigos!

Os escribo desde casa apunto de salir ya hacia el aeropuerto con destino Nueva York, ¡qué ganas tengo!

Ya sabéis que me gusta mucho mezclar todo tipo de estilos tanto a la hora de vestir como a la hora de hacer los shootings. Si todos son iguales yo pienso que es un poco más royo tanto para vosotros pero también para mi. Dame una silla y mirad cuánto juego y qué bonitas fotos se pueden conseguir.

Por eso para enseñaros mi nuevo mono de flores quería buscar un fondo limpio para poder dar todo el protagonismo a las flores y a los pequeños detalles del outfit. Como os digo llevo un mono negro de manga larga con estampado floral (también se puede llevar este estampado en invierno no) y me puse un jersey verde de cuello vuelto encima. Debajo llevo medias tupidas negras y mis nuevas botas con cordones y cadenas doradas. ¿Qué os parece el estilismo?

Hi there my friends!

I write you from home and about to leave to the airport for a week in New York, I just can’t wait!

You know that I like to mix all kinds of styles both in dress and also when it’s time to do my daily shootings. If we take the pics always in the same place I think it’s a little bit boring to you but also to me. Give me a chair and now you can see how I play with it and what beautiful pictures we can take.

So to show you my new floral playsuit I wanted to find a clean background to give all the attention to the flowers and the small details of the outfit. As I have said I’m wearing a long-sleeved black jumpsuit with floral print (we can also wear flowers in winter time, right?) and over a green turtleneck sweater. Below I was wearing black tights and my new boots with laces and gold chains. What do you think about today’s styling?

Confidence walk

Ayer por fin pude disfrutar de un par de horas libres para mi, y mi mejor plan aprovechando estos días de sol es ir a pasear por el Retiro con una de las personas más importantes de mi vida, si no la que más: mi madre.

Nos reímos muchos y nos contamos todo tipo de confidencias. Nos gusta ver pasear a la gente, unos más estresados, otros más alegres, otros más concentrados en sus pensamientos… y nos inventamos historias sobre ellos. Realmente estos momentos con ella me dan la vida y me dan la fuerza suficiente para seguir adelante. Si si, para seguir adelante en un mundo en el que quien puede te pisa o te da la puñalada por la espalda a la primera de cambio. Es muy difícil mantenerse fiel a tus principios cuando ves tanta “corrupción” a tu alrededor por eso me gusta rodearme de gente buena que piense como yo.

En fin, hablemos de mi look. Llevo una gabardina en rosa palo con un jersey blanco debajo. Llevo unos leggings negros de terciopelo con mis botas altas de mosquetero. Otra forma de combinarlas diferente a las que os había enseñado hasta ahora. Como complementos llevo un reloj vintage, mis maxi gafas de sol marrones, mi colgante de ojo turco y mi nuevo bolso de piel burdeos mezclando estampado de serpiente. ¡Espero que os guste mi productivo paseo por el parque!

Yesterday I finally enjoy two free hours for myself and my best plan with these kind of sunny days is to go for a walk around the Retiro’s Park with one of the most important people in my life, if not the most: my mother.

We laughed a lot and we had all kinds of confidences. We like to see people strolling around, some more stressed, others joyful, others focused on their thoughts… and we invented stories about them. Actually she gives me the strength to go on and keep my feet on earth. Yes, to move forward in a world in which one can step on you or gives you a stab in the back in any moment… It is very difficult to stay true to your principles when you see such “corruption” around you, so that’s why I like to be surrounded by good people who think like me.

Well, let me talk about today’s look now. I’m wearing a raincoat in soft pink with a white jersey underneath. I’m also wearing a black velvet leggings with my musketeer style booties. Another way to combine them different that I have already shown you. As complements I chose a vintage watch, my maxi brown sunglasses, my Turkish eye necklace and my new leather bag in burgundy and snake print. Hope you like my productive stroll around the park!

Plentzia, Bizkaia

Menudo lunes… Después de haberme tirado las 3 primeras horas del día en la tienda de Apple de la puerta del Sol con un problema en mi ordenador ya por fin puedo publicar el post de hoy… pero bueno, más vale tarde que nunca.

Como ya sabéis la mayoría este fin de semana lo he pasado por el norte, más concretamente en País Vasco descubriendo la infinidad de pueblos y lugares preciosos de montaña que no había tenido la oportunidad de visitar hasta ahora. El primer día dormimos en Plentzia, un pequeño pueblo costero que es donde tomé estas fotos. Como a mi me gusta dormir poco nos levantamos pronto y nos fuimos de excursión mañanera hasta El Faro y una pequeña montaña para disfrutar de mejores vistas.

Hemos tenido mucha suerte ya que las temperaturas se han mantenido altas y el cielo despejado hasta ayer, así que para este paseo escogí una chaqueta larga de lana beige, una camiseta básica negra, unos vaqueros ajustados y mis nuevas botas camperas que me tienen enamorada, ¡me las pongo para cualquier ocasión! ¿Os gustan a vosotros?

Espero que vuestro lunes esté siendo más llevadero que el mío y nos vemos mañana con un look ya invernal en la capital.

What a Monday I’m having… After I spent the first 3 hours of the morningg in the Apple store at Puerta del Sol in Madrid with a problem on my computer and I can finally publish today’s post… but hey, better late than ever, don’t you think so?

As many of you know I have spent this last weekend in the north of Spain, specifically in País Vasco discovering the countless villages and beautiful mountain areas that I had not the opportunity to visit them before. The first day we slept in Plentzia, a small coast town which is where I took all these pictures. As I like to sleep few hours to can do more things in my days we wake up early and we went to stroll around until the lighthouse and a small mountain to enjoy better views.

We have been very lucky because temperatures have remained high and the sky cleared up until yesterday, so for this morning walk I chose a long beige wool jacket, a black basic tee, skinny ripped jeans and my new cowboy boots with my love, I wear them for any occasion! Do you like them?

I hope your Monday is going better than mine and see you tomorrow with a pre-winter look at the city.

ROUGE!!!

¡TODO AL ROJO!

Eso fue lo que dije cuando vi este bolso rojo con tachuelas que se ha convertido en mi nuevo “bebé” y en mi capricho de este mes, ¿qué os parece a vosotros? Como ya sabréis pertenece a la nueva colección de Valentino y aunque hay infinidad de colores yo pensé que qué mejor que comenzar por el ya famoso “rojo valentino” ¿no? Yo creo que es el complemento perfecto para dar un toque de color a cualquier día de otoño y también para animar cualquier look.

En esta ocasión lo he combinado con una sudadera oversize gris con mensaje de Coca-Cola para que las letras fuesen a juego con el color al igual que mis labios que he vuelto a colorear con este tono (me esto aficionando a pintármelos lo se lo se hehehe). Y ya he sacado de mi armario mis leggings de cuero negros que como iréis viendo son un must para mi en invierno por lo cómodos y abrigados que son. Ya que la lluvia parece haber llegado para quedarse opté por dos prendas imprescindibles para este tiempo: unas botas de agua y una gabardina XL.

ALL IN REDS!

That’s exactly what I said when I saw this red shoulder bag with golden studs that has become my new “baby” and my fancy this month, what do you think about it? As you know it is part of the new Valentino collection and although there are many other cool colors I thought that what better to start than with the super famous “red valentino” color, don’t you think so? I think it’s the perfect complement to give a touch of color to any autumn day and also to any winter look.

This time I have combined this cool bag with an oversize gray sweatshirt with Coca-Cola message so the letters matches the color of the clutch but also my lips that I’ve painted once again with this tone (I know I know that I’m quite fond of it, hehehe). And I’ve rescue from my closet my black leather leggings that surely you will see that they are a must to me in winter time because of the warm and comfortable they are. Since the rain seems to be here to stay I opted for two essential items for this kinda’ days: a pair of wells and an XL beige trench.

Estas botas sirven para… ¡todo!

Desde luego ya sabéis que el calzado más cómodo para otoño son las botas, así que qué os parecen estas de Neon Boots en todos estos colores y modelos y muchos más que hay en su web? Además sólo hoy dispondréis de un descuento especial al comprarlas aquí a través de Lusstra.

Yo os he propuesto tres looks pero estoy segura de que a vosotras se os ocurren muchos más. Wild west!

Ya que el frío no termina de irse (¡por favor el SOL que deje su huelga y VUELVA!), tenemos que seguir innovando e inventado outfits con las prendas de invierno…

Hoy me apetecía dar un toque ‘western’ a mi look y lo he conseguido con esta chaqueta de ante con flecos y los botines marrones de ante también.

Me encantó esta camiseta desde que la vi hace un par de meses… Manga larga así que me la puedo poner como sudadera, con cruz hecha con pedrería, ¡y muy barata!

¿Qué os parecen estos botines de ante marrón con hebilla? A mí me encantan para mi día a día porque el tacón es de goma ancho y no muy alto y me permiten andar sin cansarme.
