¡Hola hola chicos!

¡Os saludo por fin desde Maldivas!

Un año más quería celebrar mi cumple fuera de Madrid, y preferiblemente fuera de Europa para alejarme un poco de todo el revuelo etc. y desconectar unos días. Así es como me gusta pasar mi día más importante del año. Os contaré todo con más detalles en los posts que estoy preparando desde aquí porque me habéis preguntado muchas cosas y os quiero explicar todo bien.

Evidentemente estando en medio de unas islas perdidas en mitad del Océano Índico la conexión wifi no es muy buena… así que tengo un vídeo editado y listo para subirlo al canal de Amsterdam, pero a ver cuándo puedo compartirlo con vosotros.

Pero bueno mientras os quería dejar con algunas fotos de la ciudad y de las emblemáticas letras gigantes “I Amsterdam”. Como miramos el tiempo antes de viajar a estar bonita ciudad y vimos que haría “buen tiempo” para ser invierno, escogí un look muy cómodo con skinny jeans negros, jersey oversize en beige y bolso y botas en burdeos con detalles dorados. El sombrero es un complemento que por ejemplo en Los Angeles no puedo llevar por el calor, pero me encanta, y por encima me puse un abrigo negro de pelo.

Seguro que ya sabéis que en Amsterdam, debido a los preciosos canales que hay por todas partes, es un caos conducir ya que las calles son estrechas, están empedradas y al final se llega mucho más rápido y eficientemente en bici. Por eso Mercedes y yo decidimos alquilar unas bicis para ‘redescubrir’ esta ciudad. Yo estuve cuando era pequeña con mis padres según me han comentado, pero la verdad es que no me acordaba de nada… por eso le agradezco a Booking.com esta colaboración ya que es una ciudad europea de obligatoria visita. Nos alojamos en el hotel V que está súper bien ubicado en el centro así que a donde no íbamos en bici íbamos andando.

Hi there guys!

Finally, I can write you from the Maldives!

One more year I wanted to celebrate my birthday out of Madrid, and preferably far away from Europe to get lost in a new and different place to me and to disconnect a few days… I think I deserve it! This is how I like to spend my most important day of the year. I will tell you everything with more detail in the posts that I am preparing from here because you have asked me many things and I want to explain everything to you.

Obviously being lost in some islands in the middle of the Indian Ocean the wifi connection is not working very good… so I have a video edited and ready to upload it on my tv channel about my trip to Amsterdam, but I don’t know when I will be able to share it with you.

Meanwhile I wanted to show you some photos of the city and the iconic big letters “I Amsterdam”. As we had a look at the weather before traveling there we saw that it would be “good weather” to be still in winter, I chose a very comfortable look with black ripped skinny jeans, oversize beige jersey and bag and boots in burgundy with golden details. The hat is an accessory that for example in Los Angeles I can not wear daily because of the warm weather, but I love them so much, and I was wearing over a black fur coat.

Surely you know that in Amsterdam, because of the beautiful canals all around, it’s a chaos to drive there because the streets are narrow, they are paved and in the end you get much faster and more efficiently by bike. That’s why Mercedes and I decided to rent bikes to ‘rediscover’ this city. I was there when I was little with my parents as they have told me, but the truth is that I did not remember anything as I was just a kid… that is why I thank Booking.com for this collaboration since it is a European city of mandatory visit. We stayed at the V hotel which is super good located in the center of the city so we could go by bike or walking everywhere. Amazing. You know that I love ridding bikes as I do the months that I’m living in LA. It’s a healthier and most economic way to walk around a city.

NYFW, day 4

Día 4 de desfiles en Nueva York.

Sin duda el mejor día de toda la semana de la moda que he vivido en este Febrero de 2016. Y precisamente por este súper desfile de Tommy Hilfiger y su puesta en escena.

Aunque el desfile comenzaba a las 11 de la mañana y en NY es lo normal que comiencen siempre 30 minutos después de la hora estipulada, Bea y yo tuvimos la suerte de poder acceder a backstage antes del desfile para poder enseñaros y disfrutar de los momentos previos a un show de esta categoría. Y la verdad es que me lo pasé genial.

En las horas previas todo son nervios, prisas, últimos retoques y ensayos… Todo tiene que estar perfecto para la prensa y los invitados. Nada puede fallar. El propio así lo explicaba en las entrevistas previas al desfile que le hicieron.

¿Temática en esta ocasión? Vuelta a los años ’20 en un crucero de ensueño. La temática ha sido muy variada: desde prendas de estampado militar, a la típica tendencia marinera característica de la marca con el azul navy y mis favoritos: los vestidos de pailletes.

Además el front row estuvo lleno de rostros conocidos del mundo de la moda como Olivia Palermo con su marido Johannes Huebl, Miroslava Duma, losbloggers internacionales Valentina Ferragni, Mariano Di Vaio, Negin Mirsalehi con su novio, Gala González, Alexandra Pereira y mi favorita española y gran amiga: Sara de “collage vintage” que me dio su opinión del desfile en el vídeo que os dejo aquí.

¿Sobre la pasarela? Modelos impresionantes entre las que cabe destacar a la espectacular Gigi Hadid.

Espero que os guste el vídeo que os he preparado y ahora sí que ha llegado el momento de volver a casa. ¡Nos vemos en Madrid chicos!

New York Fashion Week day 4.

Definitely the best day of the fashion week I’ve lived in this February 2016. And of course it was for the Tommy Hilfiger fashion show that I was attending.

Although the show was supposed to start at 11am and i n NY it is normal to always start 30 minutes after the stipulated, Bea and I were lucky enough to have access to the backstage before the show to can show you and enjoy the moments “behind the scenes” of this kind of spectacle. And the truth is that it was absolutely amazing.

In the hours before there are nerves, hurry, last touches and make up, the last catwalk essay… Everything has to be perfect for the press, guests and influencers. Nothing can go wrong as Tommy himself explained in the previous interviews that he did.

¿Theme for then next fall 2016? Back to the 20s in a dreamed cruise. The trends have been mixed: from military printed clothing to the typical sailor style trend of the brand with navy blue of course and my favourite one: pailletes dresses.

In addition to this the front row was full of familiar faces from the fashion world such as Olivia Palermo with her husband Johannes Huebl, Miroslava Duma, international bloggers like Valentina Ferragni, Mariano Di Vaio, Negin Mirsalehi with her boyfriend, Gala González, Alexandra Pereira and my favorite Spanish and great friend, Sara of “collage vintage” who gave me her opinion about the show on the next video.

¿On the catwalk? stunning models like the spectacular Gigi Hadid rocking the new collection.

La Albufera, Valencia

¡Buenos días chicos!

Por fin vuelve a brillar el sol en la capital. A mi ya sabéis que el sol y los días soleados me dan siempre mucha más energía para mis días de trabajo, como que lo veo todo desde un punto de vista más positivo.

Como os comenté ayer no hemos parado este fin de semana en Valencia y hoy os dejo un nuevo video post donde os cuento cosas que seguro que no conocéis de La Albufera. ¿Sabíais que tenía una superficie de 30.000 hectáreas hace varios siglos y que actualmente el pantano sólo son unas 3.000? Este y muchos más detalles los veréis en el vídeo de hoy y en el del jueves.

Aunque lo escogí sin pensar muy bien en el entorno, mi look encaja perfectamente con los colores de los barcos en los que nos montamos para pasear por el lago. Llevo un vestido negro de manga larga y un chaleco de ante por encima, en color marrón, ya sabéis que es uno de los regalos de Reyes de mi hermana. Los botines a juego en ante marrón y negro fueron mi opción como calzado. Al poder disfrutar de unas temperaturas altas para ser invierno no nos hizo falta llevar nada más de abrigo aunque lo que no faltó fue el viento: ¡casi salimos volando! hehe. Desde luego fue una experiencia preciosa para mi por dos motivos: el primero es porque no conocía La Albufera, y creo que es un sitio de obligatoria visita; y el segundo porque en medio de tanta naturaleza y animales te das cuenta de todo lo que nos perdemos los que vivimos en ciudades enormes como Madrid…

Good morning guys!

Finally the sun shines again in the capital of Spain. To me you know that the sun and the sunny days always give me more energy for my daily work, it gives me many positive vibes.

As I mentioned yesterday we had a not stop weekend in Valencia and today I show you a new video post where I explain to you some things that I’m sure you don’t know about La Albufera. Did you know that it used to be an area of 30,000 hectares some centuries ago and now the swamp is only about 3,000? I tell you this and some other details today’s video and in the last one on Thursday.

Although I didn’t think so much my outfit according to the background, in the end my look matched perfectly with the colors of the boats that we took to stroll around the swamp, and the colors of the nature. I was wearing a little black dress (LBD) and a suede vest above, in brown, you know that is one of my sister’s last gifts. My suede boots in brown and black matching the rest of the outfit were my choice as footwear. Being able to enjoy a high winter temperatures to be in December we did not need to take anything more but as you can see in the video the wind was blowing so strong that we almost flight away! haha. Of course this was a beautiful experience for me for two reasons: first, because I had never been in La Albufera before and I think it is a must visit place of Spain; and second because in the middle of the nature and seeing all these animals you realize everything that we miss those who live in big cities like Madrid…

New year, new goals

Viernes de nuevo y yo ya terminando mi maleta para mi segundo viaje del año: Valencia.

Me encanta viajar, aunque tengo que reconocer que muchas veces es más cansado de lo que parece en las fotos/vídeos, y me apetece mucho volver a esta bonita ciudad a pasar un finde relajado a la par que divertido. Voy con mi amiga Isa que me acompaña de nuevo esta vez, así que os iré contando todo a través de mis redes sociales, ¡no os lo perdáis!

Por otra parte ya que ha pasado la primera semana del 2016 me gustaría compartir con vosotros algunos de los objetivos que me he planteado para este año. En realidad no puedo nunca decir ‘me gustaría verme trabajando en esto o aquello’ o ‘me gustaría hacer esto’, porque lo que más me gusta de mi vida a día de hoy es que cada semana, cada día, me sorprende con nuevos proyectos. Lo que si me gustaría poder cumplir es seguir viajando por todo el mundo para descubrir nuevos lugares y sobre todo para lo que os digo siempre: conocer gente maravillosa a lo largo del camino. Las personas tenemos mucho, mucho, que aprender unas de otras, y creo que ver cómo viven en otros países y cómo piensan y actúan en otras culturas es de las cosas más enriquecedoras que hay. Por eso este año vais a ver que voy a viajar aún más que el año pasado, pero creo que estoy preparada para ello, ¡al toro por los cuernos! hehe.

Otra de las cosas en las que estoy invirtiendo mucho tiempo, dinero y energía desde finales de 2015 es en mejorar la calidad del blog, de las fotos y de los vídeos. Se que algunos lo habéis notado y me alegra mucho. Para mejorar siempre hay que evolucionar, invertir, y creo que ahora tanto vosotros como yo estamos mucho más contentos.

Hablando de evolucionar… y aunque se que a muchos no les gustará nada esta idea, estoy pensando y estoy casi decidida a hablar en mis redes sociales de vídeo (Snapchat y Youtube) en inglés. Chicos, se que a algunos os parecerá mal pero me debo ceñir a mis datos y estadísticas, y ellos me piden también que hable en inglés porque no me entienden. Además creo que el inglés es el idioma más universal que hay… Voy a ver cómo puedo enfocar esto para que todos estemos contentos… De todas formas mis vídeos suelen ser muy visuales así que se entenderán bastante bien.

Por último os dejo con el look de hoy que como habréis imaginado es mi favorito. Chaqueta oversize de lana, camisa, top de encaje debajo y jeans ajustados negros con botines de plataforma. Por cierto que quiero deciros que este pantalón es otro modelo de Topshop, no el Jamie sino el Moto, aún más ajustado y también de tiro alto.

Friday again and I already finished my suitcase for my second trip of the year: Valencia.

I love traveling, but I must admit that it is sometimes not as funny as it looks in the photos/videos. But today I’m excited to be back to this beautiful city to spend a relaxing weekend and it will also be very funny. I’m going once again with my friend Isabel, so I’ll tell you everything through my social networks, do not miss it!

Since it has passed the first week of 2016 I would like to share with you some of the goals that I have raised this year. Actually I can never say ‘I like to see me working on this or that’ or ‘I would do this’, because what I like most about my life today is that every week, every day, it surprises me with new projects and travels. What I would like to do is to continue traveling the world to discover new places and especially for what I always say: meeting wonderful people along the way. People have many things to learn from each other, and I think that seeing how they live in other countries and how they think and act in other cultures is the most incredible things you can enjoy. So this year you’re going to see that I will traveling even more than the last year, but I think I’m ready for it, so let’s do this babes! hehe.

Another thing that I’m spending a lot of time with, and also money and energy since the end of 2015, is to improve the quality of the blog, photos and videos. I know some of you have noticed it and I am happy for that. To improve we always have to invest, and I think both you and I are now much happier.

Talking about positive hanges .. and although I know that some of you will not like this idea, I’m thinking and I almost decided to speak on my social networks (only in the video ones, snapchat and Youtube, not on the blog) in English. Guys, we all need to grow up together and my statistics show that my english followers are increasing more and more. They also asked me to speak in english because they do not understand me… I also think that english is the universal language so I will try to think about a solution that will make everyone happy… Anyway my videos use to be very visual so you will understand them quite well.

Finally I leave you with today’s look that as you may have guessed is my favourite of the week. Oversize wool jacket, a basic white shirt, lace top underneath and black tight jeans with platform boots. I want to tell you that these pants is another Topshop model, not the Jamie but the Moto one, even tighter and high waisted.

Bueno, pues parece que ahora sí que sí, ha llegado el día 24 de Diciembre… ¡FELIZ NAVIDAD FAMILIA!

Aunque escribiré un post especial para el día 31 pero me gustaría empezar ya hoy diciendoos que de verdad sois una parte muy MUY importante de mi vida. Sin vosotros no estaría donde estoy, no hubiese conseguido nada de lo que tengo y además nunca hubiese cumplido mis sueños, por eso GRACIAS por estar siempre apoyándome, por todos vuestros comentarios, mails, mensajes privados… quiero que sepáis que leo casi todo aunque me sea imposible contestaros de uno en uno, pero me alegra que compartáis vuestras historias conmigo como yo con vosotros. Me dais la fuerza que necesito para seguir adelante cada día con más ganas y a por nuevos retos.

Y llegados a este día me gustaría añadir que la palabra Navidad viene de ‘natal’. Natal significa nacimiento o ciudad de nacimiento. Así que en realidad celebramos la Navidad porque es el momento en que nació Jesús. Luego ya vinieron las ‘americanadas’ de Papa Noel, etc. pero originariamente son unas fechas donde las familias se reúnen ya que la familia es lo más importante, y se celebra la vida. No es porque yo sea cristiana pero la historia de la palabra es esta.

Dicho todo esto voy a grabar ahora el vlogmas de hoy, ahora si que os prometo que lo tendréis en un par de horas como tarde en mi canal de Youtube, y os explico todo con más detalle…

Del look de hoy decir que me sigue encantando llevar boyfriend jeans también en invierno y que combinados con un abrigo largo camel que son la última tendencia y unos botines jersey básicos conseguiremos un estilismo tan trendy como este. Seguro que todos tenéis algo parecido en vuestro armario.

So it seems that finally has arrive the 24th of December… MERRY CHRISTMAS FAMILY!

Although I will write a special post for the 31 but I would like to start today’s post telling you that your really are a very important part of my life. Without you I would not be where I am right now, I would not have anything that I have today and I would have never live my dreams, so thanks for always supporting me, for all your comments, mails, direct messages… I want you to know that I read almost everything although it is impossible to answer them one by one, but I’m glad that you share your personal stories with me like I do with you, this is sooo nice! You are my force for sure, to keep on working better and better every day and focusing on new goals.

And I want to tell you also something about Christmas. The word Christmas in spanish is ‘Navidad’ and it comes from ‘natal’. Natal means birth or hometown. So we really celebrate Christmas because it is the time when Jesus was born. And then came all the international stories like Santa Claus and so, that we also enjoy a lot and I love Santa, but originally these days were where families stay together for a while, this is the most important thing: family is always first. It is not because I am a catholic woman that I tell you this, but I just wanted to explain to you the history of the word itself.

Now I leave you to finally record today’s vlogmas. I promise you that you will have it in a couple of hours on my Youtube channel and I will explain everything in detail to you…

And talking about today’s look I still love wearing boyfriend jeans also in winter time and I have combined them with a long camel coat which are the latest trend and some suede booties and a white basic sweater, mixing altogether and looking as trendy as this styling. I’m pretty sure that you all have something similar in your closet.

Miércoles que para muchos es lunes… pero para mi desde luego miércoles.

Como siempre siguiendo vuestras sugerencias y peticiones ayer me llevé la cámara todo el día a trabajar en la televisión. Al ser puente y fiesta no estaban algunos de mis compañeros que ya conocéis por mis redes sociales pero si muchos de ellos y os mandaron un saludo muy especial.

Me encanta y me hace inmensamente feliz rodearme de gente alegre, positiva, optimista, que no se toma la vida “tan en serio” y que siempre encuentran solución para todo. Volvemos a lo de ‘ver la botella medio llena’. Que nunca perdamos al niño que llevamos dentro… y qué mejor que los propios niños para recordárnoslo.

Y hacía días que no actualizábamos nuestra lista de ‘must haves’ para invierno peeero hoy vuelvo a crearos una nueva necesidad hehe. Y es que los abrigos largos y en colores beige/camel son una prenda obligatoria en nuestro armario. Además combinadas con negro debajo y botines o deportivas iremos a la última chicos. Yo hoy llevo el mío (que es del año pasado pero este año lo he visto ya en mil tiendas) con un peto vaquero negro debajo y una camiseta de rayas. Si, después del negro creo que mi segunda adicción son las rayas y las zapatillas.

Pues vamos a por la mitad de la semana y espero que ya os estéis preparando para las fiestas navideñas. Mis productos favoritos son los polvorones y el roscón de reyes… si pudiese lo comería todo el año bien mojado en chocolate… ¡mmmm!

Wednesday. For many you it’s like a Monday… but for me it is already Wednesday.

As always, I hear and read all your suggestions and requests so yesterday I took my camera to work all day on TV. As it was a long weekend here in Spain there were not all of my tv mates that you already know through my social networks but many of them wanted to say hi to you for today’s special vlogmas.

I love it and it makes me immensely happy to be surrounded by cheerful, positive and optimistic people. People that don’t take life “too seriously” and that always find a solution for everything. I return once again to my favourite slogan: ‘to see the glass half full’. Never lose the child inside us, and nothing better than a child to remember us this mood.

It has passed some days since I don’t updated our list of ‘must haves’ for winter time but today I create you a new need-to-buy hehe. The long, beige/camel coats are a must in our wardrobe this season. Also combined with black and booties or sneakers we will rock it guys. Today I’m wearing mine (which is from the last year but this year I we’ve seen it in a thousand stores) with a black denim overalls and a striped turtle neck t-shirt. After the black I think that my second addiction are stripes and sneakers.

Then let’s start the half of the week and hope you are already getting ready for the Christmas holidays. My favorite products are the cakes and the king’s cake that we use to eat here in Spain these months… Dipped in chocolate it is really really one of my bad habits hehe… mmmm!

BCN Meet Up 2015

Por fin os puedo contar más cositas y enseñaros los dos looks que me puse para disfrutar del BCN Meet Up de este año donde nos reunimos varias marcas y bloggers importantes de nuestro país.

Entre ellas destacar a mis chicas de Trendy Taste, Mes Voyages a Paris, Hola Cuore, Necklace of Pearls, Erea Louro, A Trendy Life o Bartabac. ¡Qué bien nos lo pasamos todas juntas!

Con el hashtag #BCNMeetUpMeliaSKY2 y todos reunidos en el bonito hotel Melia Sky de Barcelona, comenzamos estas nuevas jornadas con una ponencia de marcas y bloggers. Yo fui una de las ponentes y di varios consejos y puntos de vista (que muchos de vosotros ya los conocéis por mis vídeos de youtube) sobre cómo empezar a colaborar con las marcas siendo un blogger o influencer, y lo importante que es sentirse identificado con la firma que representamos. Es importante no ‘engañar’ en estos temas porque al final no somos fieles ni a nuestros seguidores ni a nosotros mismos.

Escogí dos looks muy diferentes: uno más otoñal con falda cortita y camisa blanca mientras que el otro es más abrigado, más invernal.

El primero lo elegí porque me enamoré de los estampados de todas las faldas de esta marca que no conocía la verdad, Marola, y son faldas con goma a la cintura y hechas y tintadas a mano, por lo que no habrá dos iguales. La combiné con una camisa blanca y unas sandalias de terciopelo, que sabéis que se lleva mucho este invierno, en azul marino con plataforma.

Por otra parte el outfit más para estos días de frío frío, está formado por un abrigo de pelito negro, la misma camisa esta vez combinada con unos botines negros y unos vaqueros grises ajustados. Para dar un punto diferente me puse un top corto encima de la camisa en gris jaspeado.

Finally I can tell you more things and show you pics with the two outfits that I wore to enjoy the BCN Meet Up of this year where we meet some important top bloggers and brands in our country.

Specially I had a really fun and nice time with my girls from Trendy Taste, Mes Voyages a Paris, Hola Cuore, Necklace of Pearls, Erea Louro, A Trendy Life or Bartabac. Love you babes and hope to meet u all again soon!

With the hashtag #BCNMeetUpMeliaSKY2 and we all together in the beautiful Melia Sky Hotel in Barcelona, we started these new sessions with a presentation of brands and bloggers. I was one of the speakers and I gave tips and viewpoints (which many of you have already watched on my YouTube channel) about how to start collaborating with brands being a blogger or influencer, and how important it is to feel identified with the firm we represent or we are wearing. It is important not to ‘lye’ on these things guys because we are not faithful to our followers and also to or ourselves in the end.

I chose two very different looks: a more autumnal with a mini skirt and white shirt while the other option is more warm, more winter kind of.

The first one I chose it because I fell in love with the print of all the skirts of this new brand to me, I did not know it before, Marola, and they all are rubber skirts at the waist and hand made, so you will never find the same one. I combined it with a white shirt crop style and velvet sandals, that you know that is a top trend for this winter, in navy blue and with platform.

The other outfit it’s perfect for these cold cold days and it consists on a black fur coat, the same shirt this time combined with black booties and skinny gray jeans. To give a different touch I put on a short top in heather gray over the shirt.

Me paso la vida viajando si… y aunque os parece cómoda y divertida muchas veces nuestra vida os aseguro que ser “blogger”, “influencer” o como queráis llamarlo no es tan fácil como parece…

Aunque os lo he contado muchas veces en mi canal de Youtube, no todo el mundo acepta/entiende que tengamos que cambiarnos de ropa varias veces al día (según el shooting que tengamos, el evento al que asistamos, etc), y es un poco rollo tener que estar siempre pendiente de hacer fotos y vídeos de todo. Además no sólo ya para las redes sociales sino también fotos profesionales para el blog y vídeos para el canal… en fin, ¡es mucho mucho tiempo de trabajo!

Por eso una de las cosas que más valoro cuando viajo es poder sentirme como en casa aunque no lo esté. Gracias a la plataforma Oasis Collections que tiene alojamientos de lujo por todo el mundo, por fin puedo decidir yo misma dónde hospedarme en cada ciudad. Se puede elegir todo desde por localización hasta por diseño de la casa o extras. Así que esta vez he escogido una en el centro de Barcelona para poder ir caminando a todas partes… ¡eso sí que es un lujo! (ahorrarte un dineral en taxis me refiero).

Y este es mi cómodo y otoñal look que escogí para viajar el miércoles pasado de Madrid a Barcelona en tren. Abrigo de ante marrón forrado de borreguito, jersey de cashmere debajo, jeans anchos de tiro alto y mis botines be serpiente que tienen el tacón y diseño perfectos (si, los tengo también en negro hehe).

Para los que me habéis comentado el por qué de las fotos en el suelo… yo no tengo problema en tirarme por el suelo. ¡Qué tontería, si la ropa la lavo luego! Y no es por ser más o menos artística, la verdad es que estaba muy cansada y me senté de pronto y mi amigo Carlos, mi fotógrafo en esta ocasión, me dijo que le encantaba la foto desde ese encuadre. Eso es todo, no hay que dar tantas vueltas a todo…

I spend my life traveling… and even if you think that is comfy and fun I can assure you that our life being “blogger”, “influencer” or whatever you want to call us is not as easy as it sounds…

Although I’ve talked about you many times in my Youtube channel, not everyone accepts/understands that we have to change our clothes some times a day (according to the shooting we have, the event we attend, etc.), and it is a little bit boring having to be always aware of taking pictures and videos of everything. Furthermore, not only for the social networks but also professional photos for the blog and videos for the channel… well, this is many many time of work!

So one of the things I value most when traveling is to feel like at home even though that I am not. Thanks to the Oasis Collections platform that has luxury accommodations all around the world, I can finally decide by myself where staying to stay in each city. You can choose everything from the design to the location according with your preferences. So this time I chose one in the city center to can go everywhere by walking… now that’s luxe to me! (to don’t spend a fortune on taxis I mean haha).

And this is my autumnal look, very comfortable and easy, that I chose to travel on Wednesday from Madrid to Barcelona by train. Brown suede coat with sheepskin inside, a cashmere sweater underneath, my beloved high-waisted baggy jeans and my snake print booties that I like for the perfect design and heel (yes, I have them also in black hehe).

For those who have asked me why the pictures sitting on the floor of the street… I have no problem about it, I don’t mind guys! To me it has nonsense to say anything because then I will wash all my clothes! And it was not to be more or less artistic, the truth is that I was very tired and I sat down suddenly. So my friend Carlos, my photographer on this occasion, he said he loved the picture from that view. I think that there is no more explanation to give…

¡Cómo me gusta el Otoño!

Se que no es la primera vez que os lo digo pero es que no me cansaré de ver esta bonita mezcla de colores, desde todos los verdes posibles a todos los tonos marrones.

Pero lo que más me gusta aún es poder combinar mi ropa con las localizaciones que escojo para las fotos… ¡como hoy! Ya os conté que me he convertido en una adicta a las capas esta temporada porque me parecen muy cómodas y elegantes, así que hoy os presento este nuevo modelo con capucha y tonos más oscuros. ¿Qué os parece? Debajo opté por unos jeans grises con cortes y un jersey de cashmere en color camel. Mis botines de estampado de serpiente dieron el toque más ‘animal’ al estilismo. Como siempre mis complementos a juego: un bolso bandolera de piel y mi reloj de Daniel Wellington de la nueva colección que me encanta por el detalle de tener las agujas en azul marino.

Y de nuevo finde y yo no dejo de sonreír a la vida. Muchas veces nos gusta ser masoquistas y ver sólo las cosas ‘no tan buenas’ que nos pasan (y lo pongo entre comillas porque las cosas realmente malas no nos pasan a la mayoría de nosotros, mirad sino a vuestro alrededor…) en vez de centrarnos en lo positivo y en todo lo bonito que nos pasa cada día. Como os digo siempre esto no es tarea fácil, pero dando un simple paseo por un parque, quedando con vuestros amigos, yendo al cine a ver una buena peli, leyendo en paz en casa, tomando un café con vuestros papis… Con estas cosas al menos yo consigo despejarme, digamos como ‘salir de mi misma’ y ver todo desde arriba, con más perspectiva y valorando todo, lo bueno y lo no tan bueno, para siempre sacar alguna enseñanza. No me gusta desviarme de mi centro, de como soy yo realmente, y a veces necesitamos a las personas que nos quieren y que tenemos alrededor para recordárnoslo y volver a encontrarnos y a ser nosotros mismos. Recordad que sólo siendo nosotros mismos podremos ser felices al 100% y transmitirlo a los demás, lo demás no es sostenible a largo plazo…

I really REALLY love Fall!

It is not the first time that I tell you this but I never get tired of seeing this beautiful mix of colors, from every possible greens to all kind of brown tones.

But what I like most of it is to can combine my clothes according to the locations I choose for photos… as today! I already told you that I have become addicted to the capes this season because I find them very comfortable and elegant, so today I show you this new model with hood and darker tones. Do you like it? I opted for a pair of gray ripped and a cashmere sweater in camel color. My snake print booties gave the ‘animal’ touch to the styling. As always my matching accessories were: a leather shoulder bag and my new edition vintage style watch from Daniel Wellington of the new collection. I love the detail of having the clockwise in blue.

And again weekend and I did not stop smiling to life. Many times we like to be masochistic and see only the things ‘not so good’ that happen to us (and I write this between quotes because the really bad things usually do not happen to most of us, you just need to look around you…) instead to focus on the positive and beautiful things that happen to us every day. As I always say this is not easy to get, but taking a simple walk in a park, being with your friends, going to the cinema to see a good movie, reading a book alone at home, having a coffee with your family… With these things at least I recover so much, I can get ‘out of myself’ and see everything from above, with more perspective and appreciating all the good and the not so good things, to learn form all these choices and lessons that my life gives me. I do not like to lose focus, to not be as I really am, and sometimes we need the people who love us and that we have around us to remind us this and to go back again to ourselves. Remember that just being yourselves you can be 100% happy and transmit it to others, otherwise it is not a sustainable situation in the long term…

Güell Park, Barcelona

Menudo fin de semana de emociones… tanto buenas como malas.

Por una parte hemos vivido un nuevo ataque terrorista terrible en París, cosa que todavía sigo intentando ‘entender’ aunque no creo que lo consiga nunca, puesto que cuando las personas (por llamarnos de alguna manera a algunos) actuamos violentamente perdemos absolutamente toda la razón. En fin, rezo porque pronto entre todos encontremos una solución y un fin a esta situación de miedo, porque yo desde luego tengo miedo si. Miedo ahora mismo que estoy en el tren llegando a Madrid, a Atocha, por si estalla de pronto una bomba, miedo por perder a alguien de mi familia o de mi entorno y perder con ello una parte de mí, miedo del mundo que estamos creando donde probablemente vivirán mis hijos… Pero también pena, mucha pena por haber perdido cualquier esperanza que tuviese en la raza humana. Al final pienso que somos el peor de los ‘animales’ que hay en la tierra. Todo lo que veo es maldad, mentiras, envidias, crímenes, falsedad… qué pena.

Pero bueno, por otra parte ha sido un finde feliz porque he tenido una visita especial desde Milán, como algunos habréis visto en mis redes sociales. El Sábado por la mañana fuimos al parque Güell, uno de los parque más bonitos de Barcelona. Como había bastante cola para entrar en lo que es la zona de los bancos de colores diseñados por Gaudí al final paseamos alrededor por estas columnas que como veis también tienen mucho encanto. Lo que más me gustó fue la cantidad de artistas que se ponen a cantar y a tocar en estas ‘cuevas’ deleitando a los turistas, es algo muy bonito.

Después nos fuimos a comer y a pasar la tarde al hotel W que tiene unas vistas preciosas a la playa y pudimos disfrutar de un tiempo perfecto para pasear a orillas del mar. ¡Increíble para ser Noviembre! También compartí con vosotros varios de estos momentos.

Y ya estoy llegando a Madrid para seguir con el lunes a tope, así que mañana seguimos con más.

What a strange weekend we have had… many bad and good feelings altogether.

On one hand we have lived a new terrorist attack in Paris, thing that I’m still trying to understand but I really think that I will never do it. When people (to talk about us with any name, because many of us are not persons), act like bravely, with violence, we loose absolutely all the reason. I pray for all the victims and their families and friends, we can not really know what they are passing through… But I also pray for fighting all together to stop this, to make this come to an end finally, please. Because it’s imposible to live like this. With scare of everything. Yes, I’m scare now writing this words in the train, I’m scare whenever I have to take a flight, I’m completely scare to loose a member of my family or a person close to me in one of these terrorist attacks, because I would loose also a part of myself forever… I’m scared of this world that we have created and where my future kids will have to life. But I also feel so much hurt and pain. Pain to have lost any hope in humans, I can say out loud this now. We are the worst part of all the ‘animals’ on earth. We lie, we are selfish, we kill each other, we are very very bad people… I can’t really believe that we arrive until this point, pathetic.

On the other hand it has been a happy weekend because I have had a special visit from Milan, hehe, I’m sure that many of you know what I’m talking about because I shared some videos with you. On Saturday morning we went to one of the most amazing parks in Barcelona: Güell Park. I like it because it was designed and created by Antoni Gaudí, a top architect, but there was a very long line to take the tickets so we just climb up and stroll around the park. As you can see on these pics the area around is also very nice, with old columns, a very charmed place. What I liked most is the artists singing and dancing inside these kind of ‘caves’ with all the tourists around, really worth seeing.

Then we went to have lunch at one of my favourites hotels for the view to the sea: W Hotel. We enjoyed so much our delicious lunch and then we walked around by the sea taking advantage of the good temperatures. Incredible for being in November! I also shared some pics of these moments with you through my social medias.

And now I am already arriving to Madrid to keep on working, so we will continue talking tomorrow.
