¡Buenos días amigos!

Arrancamos nueva semana y yo lo hago con mucha energía y buenas noticias…

Este viernes me voy de viaje a Israel, ¡por fin os lo puedo contar! La verdad es que mucha gente tiene siempre en mente destinos a los que le encantaría ir, pues uno de los míos era Israel, junto con Jordania por ejemplo, por todo el tema de la religión, Ciudad Santa, Belén, etc. así que estoy muy contenta de poder tachar este país de mi lista de países a visitar he he. Voy como embajadora española e invitada de la organización de la moda del país así que aparte de que os enseñaré en todas mis redes sociales lo más bonito de cada rincón que visitemos, también os enseñaré su forma de ver y entender la moda. Estoy deseando conocer a los diseñadores, talleres, telas y tejidos… es algo que me parece súper interesante y más ahora que estoy yo también empezando en este sector textil.

En fin, después de esta buena noticia viene otra y es que quiero daros las gracias por el buen recibimiento de mis camisetas. Sólo hay dos modelos de tirantes pero en una semanas habrá otros diferentes de manga corta. Me alegra muchísimo que os estén gustando tanto. La verdad es que diseñé yo todo cuidadosamente, incluso valoré mucho tiempo qué frase poner y por supuesto la calidad de las camisetas que las que ya la tenéis veréis que no es algodón, es lyocell que aunque es más caro de fabricar es un tejido de mayor calidad. ¡GRACIAS por apoyarme también en este proyecto y formar parte de él!

Y para terminar veamos el look que os traigo hoy… No puedo evitar recurrir muy frecuentemente a mi combinación de colores favorita, blanco y negro, porque además me suelo comprar mil prendas en estos colores. Llevo falda de cuero negra con dos cremalleras delanteras y una camiseta de tirante ancho de rayas blancas y negras con un bolsillo en el lado izquierdo. Zapatillas a juego con la combinación de colores y mis súper gafas de sol nuevas que no me pueden gustar más: gafas estilo ojo de gato que son la última tendencia en lo que a accesorios de este tipo se refiere. Son tamaño XL y negras con el borde dorado. ¿Os gustan?

Good morning my friends!

Let’s start a new week and I do it with a lot of energy and good news for you…

This Friday I will travel to Israel, finally I can tell you all about this coming trip! The truth is that I’m pretty sure that many of you always have in mind destinations you would love to go… one of mine was always Israel, with Jordan, because of my religion, to can discover and enjoy Holy City, Bethlehem, etc. so I’m very happy to can finally cross out this country of my “countries to go” list. I’m going to be the Spanish ambassador and I have been invited by the organization of fashion in the country so apart from be showing you all every corner we visit through my social networks I will also show you the way they see and understand fashion. I’m looking forward to meet designers, workshops, fabrics… is something I find really interesting and now that I’m also starting in the textile sector even more.

Anyway, after this good news it comes another one and it is that I want to thank you for the good reception of my shirts. There are only two models but there will be other different short sleeves ones in some weeks. I am delighted that you are enjoying them so much. The truth is that I designed everything carefully, even I personally valued the quality of the shirts and you will see that is not cotton is lyocell that although it is more expensive to fabricate it is also a better quality. THANK YOU all for supporting me also in this project and for be part of it!

And finally let’s talk about what I’m wearing today… I can not avoid to choose one again my favorite combination of colors, black and white, because I also usually buy thousand clothes in these mix of colors. I’m wearing a black leather skirt with two front zippers and a big stripes top with a pocket on the left side. My sneakers matching the color blocked and my cool new sunnies that I’m in love with: cat eye style which are the latest trend when it comes to accessories. They are XL size and black with gold trim. Do you like them?

Rocking black bodies!

¡Buenos días!

Ya se que estabais deseando ver más de cerca este body negro que me tiene completamente enamorada… Pues hoy os traigo este look con el que lo combiné el otro día.

Llevo unos vaqueros de pitillo con rotos y una camisa vaquera en un tono más claro que los jeans. Ya sabéis que mezclar varios tipos de prendas vaqueras es la última tendencia pero además a mí personalmente me gusta mucho, por eso llevando la camisa atada a la cintura conseguiréis ese toque súper trendy. El body es negro de tirantes con tiras cruzadas en la zona del pecho lo que para mi es el punto más divertido y a la vez moderno. Como complementos escogí un bolso de piel negro a juego con un cinturón de piel también y letras doradas y de nuevo opté por mis sandalias de tachuelas en negro y color nude.

¿Qué os pareció el tema de anoche en Xtra? Thinking out loud de Ed Sheeran desde luego es de mis canciones favoritas del mundo mundial, ha ha ha. ¡Es una declaración de amor en toda regla!

Y vamos a seguir trabajando que ya es Jueves y no queda nada para el fin de semana…

Good Morning!

I know that you were looking forward to seeing more about this black body which I’m completely in love… Well today I bring you this look where I was wearing it the other day.

I’m wearing a pair of skinny ripped jeans and a denim shirt over in a lighter tone than the jeans. You know that mixing diferente kind of denim clothes is also the latest trend but I personally like it, so wearing the shirt like tied at the waist you will get that super trendy touch. The body is black with crossed straps on the chest which to me is the most fun and modern touch. As complements I chose a black leather bag matching my leather belt with gold letters and also once again I opted for my studded sandals in black and nude color.

What do you think about yesterday night cover at Xtra? Thinking out loud of Ed Sheeran is my favorite song in the whole world, ha ha ha. It is an amazing and lovely declaration of love!

Now let’s keep pon working, it’s Thursday and the weekend is almost here…

Black & pink color block

¿No os pasa a vosotras que de vez en cuando tenéis esos días en los que os sentís más ladies que nunca? A mi me pasa de vez en cuando y la verdad es que siempre recurro a prendas y colores en tonos rosas para sentirme la reina de mi mundo he he he.

El rosa palo es uno de esos tonos que aparte de que combina perfectamente casi con cualquier otro color (hoy por ejemplo lo combino exclusivamente con el negro) además es un color muy elegante y dulce para nosotras chicas. El diseño de este mono me gustó tanto desde que lo vi en el color negro que no he podido resistirme a tenerlo también en este rosa bebé. Llevo un bolso bicolor en el mismo tono combinado con negro y mis sandalias de tachuelas a juego. Como accesorios llevo simplemente una pulsera dorada con forma de corazón, un anillo con pequeños diamantes y mi colgante dorado con mi nombre.

Y ya estamos a mitad de semana y yo me voy a estudiarme el guión de esta noche con un tema que es sin duda de mis favoritos… ¡Os espero esta noche a las 23.30h en Movistar TV!

Does not it happen to you sometimes that you have those kind of days where you feel more ladies than ever? It happens to me some days and the truth is that I always use to choose tones and colors in pinks to feel the queen of my world he he he.

Soft pink is one of those shades that apart from matches perfectly with almost any other color (for example today I combine it exclusively with black) is also a very elegant and sweet color for women. The cool design of this playsuit that liked it so much since I saw it in black makes me have also this baby pink model. I’m wearing a color block bag in the same tone combined with black and my studded sandals. As accessories I simply took a golden heart bracelet, a ring with small diamonds and my gold necklace with my name.

And it is already Wednesday and I’m going to study tonight’s script with a song that is without doubt my favorite of the world… So do not miss it tonight at 23.30h at Movistar TV!

Despido una intensa semana de trabajo con este veraniego mono de estampado étnico o tribal. ¿Qué os parece?

Casualmente además es de los mismos tonos que mis zapatos favoritos: mis suelas rojas tricolor en blanco, negro y rojo. Así que estaba clarísimo que me lo iba a poner con estos tacones por primera vez hehe.

Para seguir dando todo el protagonismo al mono y a los zapatos escogí como complementos un bolso bandolera de piel negro y un reloj también total black con detalles en metal rosado.

Y este fin de semana me quedo en casita, en Madrid, preparando muchas novedades y buenas noticias que os contaré dentro de poco… los que estéis de vacaciones disfrutad mucho y el resto igual, ¡toca aprovechar el fin de semana!

Hey! I end up this non stop working week with this summer ethnic or tribal print playsuit. Do you like it?

Coincidentally it has printed the same tones that my favorite shoes: my tricolor red soles in white, black and red. So it was very clear what I was going to combine this playsuit with these heels for the first time to show you hehe.

To continue giving all the attention to the playsuit and the fabulous shoes as accessories I only chose a shoulder bag in black leather and also a total black watch with metal details in rose.

And this weekend I will stay at home, in Madrid, preparing many new and good news to tell you very soon… so those of you who are on holidays enjoy them and for the rest: now is time to rock the weekend!

My LWD

Buenos días.

Hoy me pongo más seria para comentaros un tema que me preocupa y me duele bastante, y como ya sabéis lo transparente que soy en todos los sentidos y los que me habéis conocido lo habéis comprobado, quería compartirlo también con el resto.

Tengo 29 años y peso 45kg. Si. Esto es así desde que tengo uso de razón e incluso antes. No recuerdo haber pesado ni más ni menos. Igual que hay personas que luchan por adelgazar o que tienen problemas de sobrepeso hay gente que comemos como todos los demás y no engordamos. Yo no diría suerte, diría constitución, pero que cada uno se cree su propia opinión siempre sin ofender a los demás, por favor. Basta ya de prejuzgar a los demás sin conocerles, en este caso a mi personalmente. Mi familia, amigos y gente que me rodea saben y ven lo que como, ni más ni menos que alguien normal. Y no, por ahora no practico ejercicio aunque quiero apuntarme a algo a partir de Septiembre. Pero vamos, pido ya de una vez un poco de respeto hacia mi, hacia mi cuerpo, porque es el que tengo y es así desde siempre, no por el mundo de la moda u otras chorradas de alimentación que tengo que leer prácticamente a diario. Creo que si de algo puedo presumir en la vida es de tener una personalidad fuerte y de no dejarle llevar por lo que digan los demás sino hacer lo que yo considero correcto. Los que no queráis seguirme sois libres para no hacerlo porque no quiero estar rodeada de gente que me critica sin conocerme. Y evidentemente a todos los demás que no dejáis de apoyarme cada día gracias por hacer que me levante y me acueste con una sonrisa, gracias por estar siempre ahí, sin vosotros nada tendría sentido y menos tal y como está el mundo hoy en día…

Dicho todo esto hoy os traigo la competencia del LBD (Little Black Dress) que por supuesto no podía ser otra que el LWD (Little White Dress). Porque si un LBD es imprescindible en cualquier armario para que nos saque de un apuro tanto a diario como en una cita más importante, ¿qué os parecen los LWD? Yo pienso que son un básico igual y que todas deberíamos tener algunos modelos en nuestro fondo de armario. El model que llevo hoy me encantó porque es cortito y a las que somos más bajitas nos estiliza más las piernas y además lleva ese toque moderno con las mangas largas de campana. Yo lo he combinado con mis sandalias negras de ante con plataforma que ya sabéis que me encantan y un clutch en dorado con pedrería de colores para dar el punto más veraniego y colorido.

Good Morning.

Today I get more serious to talk to you about an issue that concerns me directly and it hurts a lot, and as you know I always try to be a clear person in every way. The ones that have met me know it so well, and now I also want to share it with the rest of you guys.

I am 29 years old and 45kg weight. Yes. I’m like this since I can not really remember when and even before. I do not remember nothing less or more. Just as there are people struggling to lose weight or are overweight there are also people who eat like me normally everyday and they do not get fat. I would not say lucky, I’d say constitution, but each one can have their own opinion always without offending others, please. It’s enough to prejudge others without meeting them, in this case I talk for me personally. My family, friends and people around me know and see what I eat, nothing less than a normal person. And no, I do not practice right now any exercise although I want to sign up for something in September, and of course I will let you know as I always do. But come on, I ask you for a little respect to me, to my body, because it is the one I have always had and I can’t change it, it has not been the fashion world or other problems with the food, that kind of comments that I have to read almost daily. I think that if I can say something in life completely sure about me it is to have a strong personality and create my own opinion always, not following what others say or do but always do what I consider right. Those who follow me and still think I have some food disorders you are free to stop following me please, because I do not want to be surrounded by people who criticize me without knowing me. And obviously to everyone of you who are supporting me every day from every country, every city, thanks for making me get up every morning with a big smile, thanks for always being there for me, without you nothing would make sense and less as in this world that we have created…

Ok, so apart from this today I bring you the competition of the LBD (Little Black Dress) and of course it could not be other than the LWD (Little White Dress). Because if a LBD is a must have in any wardrobe so you can wear it for both daily and to a most important event, what do you think about LWD? I think they are a basic equal and that all of us should have some models in our wardrobe. Today’s model I liked it because is very short and for the ones that are more petite it stylized our legs more and also it has that modern touch with the flared sleeves. I have combined it with my black suede platform sandals that you know that I love and a clutch in gold with colored rhinestones to give the colorful summer touch.

¡Buenos días amigos!

Siento haber estado un poquito desconectada estos días pero realmente necesitaba un poco olvidarme de todo mi ritmo diario aunque fuese sólo por 4 o 5 días y sentarme a disfrutar de la vida sin estar pendiente de horarios, publicaciones, fotos… ¡pero ya estoy de vuelta y con muy buenas noticias que contaros prontito! Hehehe.

Como muchos sabréis he estado desde el Miércoles pasado hasta ayer Domingo en Tarifa, Cádiz, pasando unos divertidos días con mis amigas saliendo de fiesta, tomando el sol y sobre todo con muchas risas y en un ambiente relajado y casual como a mí me gusta.

Comenzamos la semana con un look igual de relajado y a la vez en plena tendencia gracias a la prenda estrella: el top de ganchillo o crochet. Me encantan este tipo de tops porque aparte de que sabéis que son la última moda son también muy cómodos y fáciles de combinar con cualquier cosa y además muy fresquitos para verano. En estas fotos yo he combinado el mío en color blanco roto con unos shorts rotos con flores de colores. He aprovechado el rojo de las flores para escoger mi bolso bandolera rojo con tachuelas y como calzado llevo mis sandalias de madera con detalles en ante marrón.

Y Lunes significa… ¡Non Stop People! Así que os recuerdo una vez más que me podéis ver esta noche desde las 23:30h en el dial 23 de Movistar Plus con un nuevo temazo hoy de un súper cantante español.

Good morning my friends!

I’m being a little bit disconnected these last few days but I really needed it to forget all my lifestyle even if it was only for 4 or 5 days. I needed to stop and enjoy life without schedules, publications, the need to share photos… But now I’m back again with many good news that I will soon could tell you hehehe.

As many of you know I have been since last Wednesday until yesterday night in Tarifa, Cadiz (south of Spain) spending a few fun days with my friends partying, sunbathing and especially with lots of laughs and time to relax at a casual atmosphere as I like it when I’m in holidays.

Let’s start the week with an equal look relaxed but full of the latest trend thanks to the star complement: the crochet top. I love this kind of tops because apart from being one of the latest trends as I just told you it is also very comfortable and easy to combine with anything and also very chilly for summer. In these pictures I have combined mine in beige color with a ripped shorts with colorful floral print. I use the red flowers to choose my red shoulder bag with studs and I’m wearing my wooden sandals with brown suede details.

And Monday means… Non Stop People! So I remind you once again that you can watch me this night from 23: 30h on the dial 23 of Movistar Plus with a new great song today of a Spanish super singer.

¡Buenos días amores!

El post de hoy va a ser más cortito de lo normal porque tengo mil cosas que hacer hoy y me vuelvo a ir esta noche de viaje con mis amigos a Tarifa… a los que estéis por allí ¡espero veros, saludadme!

Y este es uno de mis looks favoritos de esta semana porque me encantan tanto el encaje como los tops elegantes y que digan algo. Eso fue lo primero que pensé cuando vi este top plateado, que me lo puedo poner tanto para verano como para invierno, es completamente atemporal así que me lo llevé rápido. Lo he combinado como primer look con estos shorts negros con encaje en los bordes, un outfit muy fresquito para verano, ¿no creéis? Y una vez más opté por mis sandalias negras de ante y mi bolso joyita en plata. No más joyas que sabéis que no me gusta llevar muchos accesorios.

Me voy a mi sesión de fisioterapia en el Centro Armonía de Madrid que bien la necesito y luego a grabar el programa de esta noche, no os lo perdáis que hoy os traigo a un súper cantante español.

Morning my lovers!

Today’s post will be shorter than others because I have a thousand things to do today and I’m leaving Madrid tonight again with my friends traveling to Tarifa this time… to those of you who are there hope to see u all, say hi!

And this is one of my favorite looks of this week because I love both the elegant lace and the top. That was the first thing I thought when I saw this silver top, that I can wear it for both summer and winter, is completely timeless so I took it quickly. I’ve combined it as a first look with these black shorts with lace details, a very chilly outfit for summer, don’t you think so? And once again I chose my black suede sandals with my silver jewel bag. No more jewelry that you know that I do not like to wear many accessories.

So I’m going right now to my physiotherapy session that I really need at Armonia Centro in Madrid and then to record tonight’s show, do not miss it because today I bring you a super Spanish singer.

It’s all about pineapples!

Nuevo post desde mi casita de Marbella. Cómo me gusta ir cogiendo ya colorcito (sin llegar a quemarme como me pasó el Domingo) porque me parece que con la piel más morenita todo sienta mejor, ¿verdad?

Este es uno de mis monos favoritos del verano. Aparte de ser en negro que ya sabéis que es mi color top a la hora de vestir, lleva también un divertido estampado veraniego con piñas. El escote en V también es una de las últimas tendencias de esta temporada escogida por la mayoría de las celebrities, tal y como explican además esta semana en Vogue.com.

Yo lo he combinado con un bolso-joya plateado con pedrería y una cadena finita, unos colgantes también de piñas y mis nuevas sandalias con plataforma, de ante, que me encantan por el diseño y porque las puedo aguantar bastante tiempo para caminar al no ir pisando el suelo directamente.

A seguir trabajando otro caluroso día en Madrid. A los que estéis de vacaciones espero que disfrutéis mucho vuestro seguro que merecido descanso y a los que os toque “pringar” como a mi hoy, ¡mucho ánimo y a por todas chicos!

New post from my house in Marbella. I really like to be so tanned (actually a little bit burned on Sunday, please take cae of the sun of these days) because I think that with a tanned skin everything suit us better, don’t you think so?

This is one of my favorite summer playsuits. Apart from being in black that you know it is my top color when dressing, it also has a fun summer print with pineapples. The V-neckline is also one of the latest trends this season chosen by many celebrities when going to a special date or even for their day a day, as Vogue.com explain this week.

I have combined this cool playsuit with a jewel silver bag with rhinestones and a thin chain, a pair of pineapple necklaces and my new platform sandals, in suede, which I love for their design and because I can walk for hours not getting tired thank to this platform.

And let’s start another working hot day in Madrid. For those of you on vacation I hope you enjoy your much deserved holidays and to the rest of you that are working today like me, a lot of energy and positive vibes guys!

Primer lunes de Agosto. Ya estoy de vuelta por Madrid de nuevo para comenzar una nueva semana de trabajo eso sí, con las pilas bien cargadas y la energía a tope.

Creo que ha pasado el mes entero de Julio y todavía no hemos hablado de los bodies y la repercusión cada vez mayor que van ganando… Ya habréis visto en mis redes sociales que yo soy una gran fan de ellos y de combinarlos con shorts y faldas, ¿qué os parecen a vosotros? Mi opinión personal es que tenemos bodies para todos los cuerpos: desde modelos más ajustados para las que estén más delgadas hasta diseños más amplios u holgados para disimular la zona del a tripa… Por ejemplo este que llevo yo hoy de flores es de los del segundo tipo y me gusta igual o más que los ajustados.

Llevo un body en azul turquesa clarito con estampado floral que es muy abierto por los laterales y nada ajustado. Lo he combinado con mis shorts lavados con flecos de tiro alto. Al llevar flores en tonos mostaza y marrones escogí el clutch a juego y mis nuevas sandalias atadas con cordones que ya sabéis que me encantan.

Pero como os digo más arriba este tipo de prendas también son fácilmente combinables con faldas o jeans de pitillo. Yo pienso que son una buena alternativa a los crop top para las que no quieran ir enseñando la tripa y además estilizan mucho la figura porque al ser una pieza completa no se arrugan por dentro. Con una falda de cintura alta también los he combinado alguna vez, ya os enseñaré nuevas opciones.

First Monday of August. Now I’m back in Madrid again to start a new working week with the batteries fully charged and my non stop power hehe.

I think we have spent the entire month of July and we have not yet spoken about the bodies and the growing impact they are gaining… You would have already seen in my social networks that I’m a big fan of them and I use to combine them with shorts and skirts, what do you think about them and this new trend? My personal opinion is that we have bodies for all kind of bodies: from models more adjusted for those who are thinner to baggy or oversize designs to cover that problematic areas… For example today I’m wearing this flower print one of the second type and I like equal or more than the skinny ones.

So I’m wearing a body in light turquoise blue with floral print that is open at the sides and a little bit oversize. I have combined it with my washed shorts with fringes and high waisted. As the flowers are in shades of mustard and brown colors I chose my mustard clutch matching and my new sandals tied with cords that you know that I love them for this new season.

But as I have said above these kind of clothes are also easy to combine with skirts or skinny jeans. I think they are a good alternative to crop top for those who do not want to show the belly and also they stylize the figure because being a one piece they won’t wrinkle inside the cloth. With a high waist skirt I have also combined them and I will show you new options and models these coming days.

Parece que hoy ya me voy encontrando mejor, aunque sigo un poco débil del estómago y me duele un poquito la cabeza… pero quiero daros las gracias a todos por todos los comentarios y mails que he recibido de apoyo, en serio sois los mejores y me hacéis muy feliz.

¿Os acordáis de este mono floral que tanto os gustó que os enseñé en ESTE POST? Pues hoy os enseño una nueva forma de combinarlo. Me encanta que tenga colores tan veraniegos y un estampado tan llamativo para el verano. Por eso he escogido complementos en azul a juego con estos tonos. Llevo un bolso de mano azul bebé que combina con el azul clarito de fondo del mono. ¿Y qué os parecen mis nuevas bailarinas? Son de rafia con la punta y talón en azul eléctrico, súper fresquitas y cómodas para el verano. El accesorio más original y moderno son mis gafas de sol redondas de pasta transparente con cristales reflectantes en azul.

Pienso que este outfit es muy sencillo y trendy para nuestro día a día en estos días tan calurosos.

Ahora me voy al desfile de la nueva colección de Verano de la firma de hombre Mirto, así que os enseñaré todo el fin de semana.

Y esta tarde comienza mi nueva sección en el programa Xtra que sabéis que podéis ver en Movistar TV y Canal Plus.

Morning world!

It seems that today and I’m feeling better, but I’m not completely feeling well with my stomach and my head still hurts a little bite… but I want to thank you all for all the comments and emails I have received supporting me, seriously you are the best and you really make me so happy.

Do you you remember this floral playsuit that you liked so much and I already showed in THIS POST? Well, today I show you a new way to combine it. I love it for mixing all these summer colors and also for the floral print. So I have chosen accessories in blue to match these shades. I’m wearing a hand bag in baby blue combined with the light blue of the background of the playsuit. What do you think about my new original flats? They are raffia made and they have heel and toe in electric blue, cool and super comfortable for summer time. The most original and modern accessory are my round sunnies in transparent design with blue reflective glasses.

I think this outfit is simple and trendy for our day a day and to fight against these kind of hot days.

Now I’m going to the fashion show of the new Mirto Summer summer collection for him, so I will show you all the details this weekend.

And this afternoon I start my new section at the Xtra TV show that you know you can watch in Movistar TV and Canal Plus.
