LA Diary, #002

Últimas horas en la ciudad de los ángeles antes de volver a casa aunque sólo vaya a ser por un par de días…

Reconozco que tengo sentimientos encontrados. Por una parte tengo muchas ganas de ver a mi familia, a mis amigos, necesito abrazos, besos, necesito escuchar “te quieros reales”, disfrutar de amor del bueno, de dormir en mi camita y de estar en mi casita, disfrutar paseando por mi ciudad… y, cómo no, ¡de un buen cocido y tortilla de patatas! hahaha. Pero por otra parte también es cierto que no me apetece irme del todo. Siempre que me voy de LA me pasa lo mismo. Me encanta mi vida aquí, mis amigos, todos los planes que hago, mi trabajo aquí, esto es un sueño para mí, un sueño por el que llevo luchando mucho y muy duro durante los últimos años… Pero lo bueno es que donde algunos ven un problema en vivir así o vida desordenada yo veo la gran ventaja de poder vivir entre dos ciudades que me encantan rodeada en ambas de personas que no puedo querer más y de dos culturas diferentes pero que me han enriquecido como persona. ¡Menuda suerte tengo! Por eso siempre me gusta ver la parte positiva de las cosas así que me quedo con todo lo bueno y lo bonito que he vivido una vez más en esta ciudad. No me echéis mucho de menos por aquí eh, ¡que vuelvo en unas semanas!

Yo mientras seguiré escribiendoos estos diarios de mi vida americana con consejos, lugares, tiendas, looks, etc. a visitar por aquí.

Hoy os quería enseñar estas fotos que hicimos en Long Beach, en el barco de mi amigo Tarek, hace un par de fines de semana. Nos lo pasamos genial haciendo barbacoa en el barco y navegando al atardecer para disfrutar de la puesta de sol y de los delfines, que se ven a esa hora.

Este es mi amigo Chema que fue de mis primeros amigos cuando llegué a LA… y chicas, ¡está soltero! aunque ya se que muchas le conocéis y me habéis preguntado por él… haha.

Y por fin acabo de conseguir cerrar todas mis maletas y me voy a dormir ya porque el primer vuelo de mañana sale pronto…

Last hours in the city of angeles before coming back home even if it is only for a couple of days…

And I do admit it that I have mixed feelings. On one hand I really want to see my family, my friends, I need hugs, kisses, I need a “real” I love you, I need true love, sleep in my bed and be in my house, enjoy walking my amazing city… and, of course, a good stew and Spanish omelette! hahaha. But on the other hand it is also true that I do not want to leave at all. Whenever I leave LA the same thing happens to me. I love my life here, my friends, all the plans that I do, my work here, my non stop days, this is a dream for me, a dream that I’ve been fighting hard to achieve during the last few years… But the good thing is that where some people see a problem in being living like this or having a disorderly life I see the great advantage of being able to live between two cities that I do love and surrounded in both of people that I can not love anymore. Also the advantage of enjoy and live two different cultures that have made me grown as a person. How lucky I am! That’s why I always like to see the positive side of things so I leave now with all the good things that have happened to me these weeks in this city. Do not miss me so much here, uh, I’ll be back in a few weeks!

I will continue to write these diaries of my American life with advice, places, shops, looks, etc. to visit around here. So stay tuned!

Today I wanted to show you these photos we took in Long Beach, at my friend Tarek’s boat, a couple of weekends ago. We had a great time doing bbq on the boat and sailing in the afternoon to enjoy the sunset and the dolphins, which are seen at that time.

This is my friend Chema who was my very first friend when I came here to LA… and girls, he’s single! although I know that many of you already know him through my Stories… haha.

So finally I have just closed all my luggage and I’m going to sleep right now because the first flight tomorrow leaves very soon in the morning…

LA Diary, #001

Vale vale, pero tengo una pregunta para ti: ¿qué es lo que te hace realmente feliz? Y no me refiero a ir por la vida medio feliz. No. Me refiero a qué te provoca esa sonrisa enorme en tu cara, qué te hace sentir mariposas en el estómago, qué te hace vivir en una nube, qué te hace levantarte cada mañana con ganas de comerte el mundo, qué hace que nunca pierdas la toalla, que nunca te rindas. Eso, sea una persona, un animal, una cosa, un momento… es lo que tienes que perseguir y visualizar a diario Marta.

Esta pregunta me la hago muchos días cuando me levanto en un ‘mood’ menos ‘happy’ de lo normal. Y a mí me funciona. Ayer mismo me la recordaba uno de mis mejores amigos al que tantas veces se la he repetido yo.

A mí me hace feliz estar con mi familia; no hace falta que estemos hablando todo el rato, simplemente estar a su lado. Me hace feliz salir con mis amigos, hacer el tonto con ellos, cantar, gritar, no tener vergüenza de nada. Me hace inmensamente feliz ver el atardecer tirada en una playa con los pies descalzos, simplemente observando el sol esconderse y las olas ir y venir. Dar las gracias por un día más disfrutando de esta vida. Me hace feliz ver felices a otros, sobre todo a gente que se lo merece, y me da ‘envidia sana’ ver cómo millones de personas en el mundo son felices con muy poco. Me hace feliz estos días pasear por el pier de Santa Monica y de Venice Beach, mis lugares favoritos de LA. Me hace feliz disfrutar de mí misma, sola, que no tiene nada que ver con que me guste la soledad; es ser inteligente emocionalmente y aprender a vivir feliz y bien primero con uno mismo antes de dejar entrar a nadie más. Me hace feliz mi trabajo; es más, me encanta mi trabajo aunque trabaje 24/7 pero doy gracias por poder trabajar en lo que más me gusta del mundo y por teneros a todos vosotros a mi lado. Me hace feliz ver a dos personas que se quieren, sean del sexo que sean, sin amor no podría vivir, no podría ser yo del todo.

Os dejo con este ¡popurrí’ de fotos de mis primeros días en LA chicos. Y os invito a que os hagáis esta pregunta a vosotros mismos sobre todo los días que estés más ‘de bajón’ porque es una buena forma de saber lo que os hace felices en la vida y de perseguir vuestros sueños.

Okay, okay, but I have a question for you: what really makes you happy? And I don’t mean being half happy. No. I mean what causes you that huge smile on your face, what makes you feel butterflies in the stomach, what makes you live in a cloud, what makes you wake up every morning wanting to do your best and show it to the world, what makes you never give up. That, a person, an animal, a thing, a moment,… is what you have to focus on and visualize every day Marta.

I use to ask this question to myself many days when I get up in a mood less happy than normal. And it works for me. Yesterday it remembered me one of my best friends whom I have repeated it so many times.

It makes me happy to be with my family; we do not have to be talking all the time, just being there together. It makes me happy to go out with my friends, play, dance, sing, scream, and go crazy with them, not being ashamed of anything. It makes me immensely happy to see the sunset lying on a beach bare feet, just watching the sun going down and the waves come and go. I’m thankful for one more day enjoying this life. It makes me happy to see others happy, especially people who deserve it, and it gives me ‘healthy envy’ to see how millions of people in the world are happy with very little. It makes me happy these days to stroll along the pier of Santa Monica and Venice Beach, my favorite places in LA. It makes me happy to enjoy myself, alone, that has nothing to do with solitude; it is just to be emotionally intelligent and learn to live happily and well first with oneself before letting anyone else in. It makes me so happy my job, I don’t care if I have to work 24/7 but I’m thankful for working on what I like the most in the world and for having you all by my side. It makes me happy to see two people loving each other, whatever sex they are, without love I could not live, I could not be me at all.

I leave you now with this mix of photos of my first days in LA guys. And I invite you to ask this question to yourselves especially on the days that you are more down because it is a good way to know what makes you happy in life and to pursue your dreams.

Sochi, part II

Así estábamos de contentas Mercedes y yo el segundo día en Sochi sin saber lo que nos esperaba el día siguiente… hahaha ahora os lo cuento.

Este día decidimos pasear por la zona del estadio donde más tarde jugó la selección Mexicana y cogimos unas bicis ya que todo está cerca y es mejor ir recorriendo la ciudad así para poder parar donde quieras a hacer fotos. Como veis el estadio está muy cerquita del mar y están ya preparando todo para el mundial del año que viene. Es un paseo bastante bonito para ir paseando o en bici como os digo.

Tuvimos también suerte de que, para estar en Rusia, el tiempo era perfecto, por lo que me puse unos shorts con un body y zapatillas y lista.

Bueno, os cuento lo que nos pasó el día siguiente… teníamos que volar de Sochi a Moscú. Después de un par de horas de retraso del vuelo salimos, es un vuelo corto de apenas 2h, pero cuando estamos llegando a Moscú al parecer había una tormenta muy fuerte por lo que el piloto después de dar un rato vueltas “por las nubes”, decidió volar a un pueblecito cercano (a 1 hora) para ver si se pasaba la tormenta… 3 horas estuvimos en una pista sin salir del avión, hasta que nos sacaron para volar al día siguiente. Pasamos la noche tirados en unas salas de un hotel cercano con una compañía muy buena la verdad, eso fue lo mejor de esta bendita experiencia. Y sí, siempre me pasa algo cuando viajo, pero es que no viajo una vez al año, ¡viajo una vez a la semana! por lo tanto es normal que acaben sucediendo cosas que no podemos prever basadas en factores externos como este.

En fin, que espero volver el año que viene para el Mundial y contaros más cositas nuevas desde allí.

So we were as happy as you can see me in these pics, Mercedes and me, the second day in Sochi without knowing what awaited us the next day… hahaha now I’m gonna tell you.

This day we decided to stroll around the stadium where the Mexican team later played and we rode bikes since everything is close there and it is better to go touring the city so that you can stop wherever you want to take photos. As you can see the stadium is very close to the sea and they are already preparing everything for the World Cup next year. It is a pretty walk to go walking or cycling as I say.

We were also lucky that, to be in Russia, the weather was perfect, so I put on my denim shorts with a white body and sneakers, comfy and basic.

Well, I tell you what happened to us the next day… we had to fly from Sochi to Moscow. After a couple of hours of flight delay we took off finally, it is a short flight of just 2h, but when we are arriving to Moscow there was apparently a very strong storm so the pilot after a while laps up “in the clouds”, decided to fly to a nearby village (1 hour away) to see if the storm calms down… 3 hours we were inside the plane in this new airport in the middle of nowhere, until we finally were taken out of the aircraft until the next day. We spent the night lying in some rooms of a nearby hotel with a really good company, that was the best part of this crazy experience. And yes, something always happens to me when I’m traveling, but I do not travel once a year, I travel once a week! So it is normal to end up happening things that we can not predict based on external factors like this.

Anyway, I hope to come back next year for the World Cup and tell you more new things from there.

True Love

¡Buenos días amigos!

La verdad es que no se muy bien cómo empezar a escribir este post… Tengo mil ideas en la cabeza que quiero contaros y sentimientos que no se si voy a saber bien expresar con palabras, pero lo voy a intentar.

Mis amigos me decían que cuando llega “el amor de tu vida” lo sabes nada más verle. Yo no les creía del todo ya que pensaba, como todo en esta vida, que aunque conozcas a una persona que te encante inicialmente luego todo tiene su proceso de adaptación, y que nadie se podía enamorar de otra persona tan fuertemente nada más verla. Bueno, estaba equivocada. Y me encanta haberlo comprobado.

Jonathan y yo nos conocimos hace unos meses en Madrid, y tengo de testigo a mi querido amigo Carlos que fue el primer cómplice de este amor, para que os confirme que los dos nos enamoramos nada más vernos. Él me estaba esperando en mi portal. Yo nerviosísima en mi casa con Carlos ya que sólo habíamos hablado por WhatsApp hasta ese momento… Pero lo que me impulsó a querer conocerle es que tiene muchos valores y cualidades que son muy importantes para mí en la persona con la que quiero compartir el resto de mi vida.

Os contaremos bien todo con más detalles en los vídeos de mi canal porque me habéis preguntado que os cuente cómo surgió esto tan bonito y hablando nos expresaremos mejor, pero sentía la necesidad de compartir también con vosotros aquí, en mi blog que es como mi pequeño bebé que ha ido creciendo conmigo, esta relación que ha cambiado mi vida para siempre.

De verdad os prometo que no pensaba nunca poder encontrar a una persona que fuese tan afín a mí como lo es Jona. No sólo me encanta por lo divertido que es (como habréis visto no paramos de reírnos todo el rato), por el humor que tiene, porque no tiene vergüenza de nada como yo, porque no discutimos nunca y todo es fácil a su lado; porque todo le parece bien si así yo estoy feliz; porque sólo piensa en mi y en nosotros por encima de todo…

Pero le quiero también porque cada día me despierta con una sonrisa, estemos juntos o separados pero él sabe cómo hacerlo. De la misma forma me hace irme a dormir feliz y tranquila, en paz y dando gracias a Dios por haber juntado nuestros caminos. Porque me apoya en mi trabajo como el que más y me ayuda muy proactivamente. Porque me respeta como nadie como mujer, como todo verdadero hombre debería hacer. Porque me hace quererme y valorarme más a mí misma cosa que yo no hacía mucho… Porque aunque tenga un día malo él sabe cómo alegrarme y dar la vuelta a la tortilla. Porque no deja de sorprenderme cada día que pasa y las relaciones se basan en esos pequeños detalles del día a día. Porque me quiere, me quiere con locura y eso se nota, se sabe, se siente.

Sólo Dios sabe qué nos deparará el futuro a cada uno pero sí se que nos ha unido por algo y que sea lo que sea lo que tenga que venir lo afrontaremos juntos.

No quiero convertir esto en un post empalagoso pero quería enseñaros estas imágenes y vídeo de nuestros 3 días juntos en México y contaros que estamos muy felices juntos y que de verdad que cuando llega la persona adecuada y apropiada para nosotros, se sabe desde el minuto uno.

Muchísimas gracias a todos los que nos estáis apoyando a diario con mensajes y comentarios preciosos, transmitiéndonos todo vuestro amor y cariño, a todas las cuentas de Jona y Marta y a todos los que estáis felices por nosotros y nos deseáis lo mejor. Good morning my friends!

The truth is that I do not know very well how to start writing this post… I have a thousand ideas in my mind that I want to tell you and feelings that I do not know if I will know how to express them with words, but I will try to do my best.

My friends told me that when the “love of your life” comes, you know it when you see it. I did not believe them at all because I thought, like everything in this life, that even if you know a person that you love initially then everything has its process of adaptation, and that no one could fall in love with another person so strongly just to see it. Well, I was wrong. And I love having checked it.

Jonathan and I met a few months ago in Madrid, with my dearest friend Carlos with us who was the first accomplice of this love, so he can truly confirm that we both fell in love when we see each other. He was waiting for me in the front door of my house. I was super nervous at home with Carlos since we had only talked by WhatsApp until that moment… But what made me want to meet him in person is that he has many values and qualities that are very important to me in the person with whom I want to share the rest of my life.

We will tell you everything with more details in the upcoming videos on my tv channel because you have asked me to tell you how this suddenly happened, and we will express ourselves better speaking, but I felt the need to share with you here, on my blog that is like my little baby that has been growing up with me, this relationship that has changed my life forever.

I truly promise you that I never thought of being able to find a person who was as close and similar to me as Jona is. I not only love him for how fun he is (as you can see we do not stop laughing all the time), because of the super good humor he has, because he is not ashamed of anything like me, because we never discuss and everything is easy going by his side, because everything seems good to him if that makes me happy, because he always thinks about me first and about us above everything else…

But I love him too because every day he wakes me up with a big smile, it doesn’t matter if we are together or in different countries but he knows how to do it. In the same way he makes me go to sleep happy and quiet, in peace and thanking God for have joined our ways. Because he supports me in my work like anyone else and he helps me very proactively. Because he respects me as no one as a woman, as every true man should do. Because he makes me love myself and value myself more than I used to do… Because even though I have a bad day he knows how to cheer me up and change my day. Because he never stops surprising me every day and relationships are based on those small details of the day a day. Because he loves me, he really loves me so much and you see it, you know it, you feel it.

Only God knows what the future holds for us but I know for sure that he has put us together for something and that whatever it is that has to come we will face it together.

I do not want to make this a boring or corny post but I wanted to show you these images and video of our 3 days together in Mexico and tell you that we are very happy together and that it is true that when the right and appropriate person arrives into your live, you know it from the very first moment.

Coachella, day 4

¡Último día de Coachella!

Por fin Sylvia y yo conseguimos llegar a ver el atardecer en el recinto ferial para hacernos fotos con la mítica noria, las figuras gigantes de colores, disfrutar del ambiente durante el día y bailar… ¡bailar mucho!

Lo cierto es que la zona VIP no es tan divertida como el resto del espacio. Por eso nosotras solíamos salir a ver los conciertos fuera, a comer, a bailar, a relacionarnos con gente “normal”, etc.

Un día más escogí un look muy fresquito y cómodo con top de flores y shorts blancos con rotos. Las botas de ante me encantan y me las compré especialmente para Coachella porque lo más cómodo en este terreno es llevar botas o deportivas, desde luego un calzado cómodo y plano.

Ya sabéis que estoy de vuelta por Madrid y he estado Lunes y Martes recuperándome del jet lag porque en nada me vuelvo a ir de viaje, esta vez más cerquita y dentro de España, a Valencia, ¡me encanta! Estaré allí de jueves a domingo así que os iré diciendo por dónde estoy para conoceros a los que todavía no os he visto, ¡me apetece mucho!

Y me estáis escribiendo mucho por el tema de la operación de mis ojos. Antes que nada daros las gracias por los comentarios de ánimo y de vuestras experiencias. Y por otra parte deciros que me da grima el tema que sea algo dentro del ojo, pero no tengo miedo porque el centro donde me voy a operar es el mejor en este tipo de operación (centro Oftalmológico Martínez de Carneros) y estoy segura de que saldrá todo bien y que podré por fin quitarme mis gafas de “Manolita gafotas” hehe. Es el día 23, así que estaré un par de días sin poder publicar mucho.

Last day of Coachella!

Finally Sylvia and I got to see the sunset in the fairground to take pictures with the mythical Ferris wheel, with the giant colourful figures, enjoy the atmosphere during the day and dance… dance a lot!

The truth is that the VIP area is not as fun as the rest of the space. That’s why we used to go out to see the concerts outside, to eat, to dance, to interact with “normal” people, etc.

One more day I chose a very cool and comfortable look with a floral crop top and white ripped shorts. I love my new suede booties that I bought especially for Coachella because the most comfortable in this field is to wear boots or sneakers, of course a comfortable and flat footwear.

You already know that I’m back in Madrid and I’ve been recovering from jet lag on Monday and Tuesday because I’m going to travel again, this time closer and in Spain, to Valencia, I love it! I will be there from Thursday to Sunday so I will tell you where I am to meet those of you who I have not seen yet, can’t wait!

And you’re writing me a lot about the upcoming operation of my eyes. First of all, thank you for all the comments about your personal experiences and lovely words. And on the other hand I tell you that it makes me feel nervous to do something inside my eyes, but I’m not afraid because the center where I’m going to do it is the best on this kind of operations (Martinez de Carneros Eye Center) and I’m pretty sure that everything will go well and that I can finally take off my “freak” glasses hehe. It will be the 23rd, so I’ll be a couple of days without being able to publish so much, just FYI.

Romantic

‘Romantic’. Pues sí, me definiría como una persona romántica, soñadora, alegre, divertida. También enamorada de la vida, de la gente que conozco, de mi familia, de mis amigos… enamorada de casi todo lo bonito y bello que me rodea. Soy una enamorada de la vida, de mi vida.

Los canales de Venice Beach. Esta es otra de mis zonas favoritas de Los Angeles para ir a hacer fotos por varios motivos. No suele estar muy transitada ni llena de turistas. Los canales siempre son un lugar bonito para hacer fotos y además las casitas de alrededor y los puentes que unen unas con otras parecen sacados de un cuento. Por eso me gusta siempre hacer algunos de mis shootings por aquí por la paz que se respira por estas calles y embarcaderos. En estas fotos salgo también con mi amiga Maja que muchos ya conocéis.

Hoy os quiero hablar de la importancia de cuidar nuestra piel, más concretamente la de la cara que es nuestra “carta de presentación” cuando conocemos a cualquier persona. Ya llevo varios meses usando a diario este serum de vitamina C de Sesderma por el que me habéis preguntado muchos y no puedo estar más contenta con los resultados. Las vitaminas no sólo se las debemos aportar a nuestro cuerpo con los alimentos sino también con productos de alta calidad que se adapten a nuestro tipo de piel. Este en concreto me va muy bien para mi tipo de piel porque me aporta la hidratación que necesito y me ayuda a prevenir las primeras arrugas pero sin dar grasa a mi cara.

Y este es mi look favorito porque soy adicta a las rayas ya lo sabéis, pero esta es la primera camiseta que tengo con rayas rojas. La combiné con shorts vaqueros y mis botines burdeos y el detalle que más me gustó fue la etiqueta de detrás donde se lee ‘romantic’. Enamorémonos a diario de la vida, de lo que nos rodea y de los que nos rodean.

‘Romantic’. Ok yes, I would define myself as a romantic, dreamy, cheerful, fun person. Also in love with life, with the people I know every day, with my family, with my friends… I’m in love with almost everything beautiful and nice that surrounds me. I’m in love with life, with my life.

The canals of Venice Beach. This is another of my favourite spots in Los Angeles to go to take pictures for many reasons. It is not very busy or full of tourists. The canals are always a nice place to take pictures because they look so cool and also the houses around and the bridges that connect them seem from a story. That’s why I always like to do some of my shootings around here in these calm streets and lovely small piers. I’m with my friend Maja in some pics who is also living here too.

Today I want to talk to you about the importance of taking care of our skin, more specifically the face that is our “cover letter” when we meet anyone. I have been using this Sesderma Vitamin C serum for the last few months (you have asked me many questions about this product) and I can not be happier with the results. Vitamins not only must be supplied to our body with food but also with high quality products that fit our skin type. Coachella, day 3

¡Tercer día en Coachella!

Este día fue de los más importantes y divertidos de esta edición del festival. Era el sábado y tocaban los mejores grupos, incluida Lady Gaga que ocupó el que era el puesto de Beyoncé. Además tuvimos varias fiestas muy chulas por el día como la pool party de Revolve (fotos más abajo) a la que asistieron importantes celebrities como Leonardo DiCaprio o Alessandra Ambrosio.

Por la mañana me acerqué al hotel donde se encontraba el equipo de GHD para que me hiciesen este peinado. No quería hacerme algo que luego no me gustase, porque tenía que hacer muchas fotos y vídeos este día, por eso opté por mis ondas de siempre, muy naturales, con trenza lateral a la izquierda y luego en la derecha pequeñas trencitas. Me encantaron los charms de plumas plateadas que me pusieron en la trenza grande.

Este fue uno de mis looks favoritos porque me estoy aficionando a eso de llevar bodies con shorts. Me encantó este body en cuanto lo vi por el encaje, los lazos en los laterales, la espalda tan bonita y sexy y además por el color tan veraniego. Me encanta también el detalle de la pegatina de joyas en la frente con colores a juego con mi look.

¡Y menudo calor que pasamos haciendo estas fotos al lado de la avenida principal de Palm Springs! Perfectamente podía hacer más de 40 grados en esta carretera en pleno desierto y el asfalto quemaba bastante… pero bueno, el resultado me gustó y eso es lo importante. Una vez más os cuento que lo que más me gusta de vivir aquí es que puedo hacer fotos originales y muy diferentes en prácticamente cada esquina.

Third day of Coachella!

This day was one of the most important and funny days of this music festival. It was the Saturday and they played the best bands, including Lady Gaga who occupied the position of Beyoncé (which is super pregnant and couldn’t finally did it). We also had some cool parties during the day like Revolve’s pool party (photos below) where also came international celebrities such as Leonardo DiCaprio or Alessandra Ambrosio.

In the morning I went to the hotel where the GHD team was based to do this hairstyle. I did not want to do something that I did not like at all, because I had to do a lot of photos and videos this day. That’s why I opted for my usual waves, very natural, with a lateral braid on the left side and then on the right side small braids. I loved the charms of silver feathers that they put on the big braid.

This was one of my favorite looks because I’m loving wearing bodies with shorts. I loved this body as soon as I saw it for the lace, the ties on the sides, the beautiful and sexy back and also for the summer color. I also love the detail of the jewelry sticker on my face matching the colors of my outfit.

And while doing these pics we almost melt with this road in front of the main street of Palm Springs! How hot! It could perfectly be more than 40 degrees on this road in the middle of the desert and the asphalt burned so much… but I liked so much the results so that’s what’s important to me. Once again I tell you that what I like most about living here in California is that I can make original and very different photos in practically every corner.

Cuando menos te lo esperas, va la vida y te sorprende. Frase de una de mis canciones favoritas y verdad verdadera.

Esta es una de las cosas que más me gusta de mi vida, que aunque estoy apunto de cumplir 31 años siguen ocurriendo cosas, llegando personas, que me sorprenden para bien y que me hacen muy feliz. Esto es mi energía y ganas de seguir cada día con más fuerzas.

No puedo estar más contenta, ilusionada, agradecida y orgullosa por el shooting tan especial que tuve ayer. Soy la nueva embajadora de Intimissimi como ya sabréis la mayoría. Es una marca que me gusta desde siempre porque opino que la ropa es muy elegante y sexy a la vez y que hay variedad para todos los gustos. Además como os he comentado en varias de mis fotos les agradezco que me hayan dado esta oportunidad para poder acercar más la moda a la gente real. Yo no soy modelo, no soy muy alta ni muy guapa, pero tampoco quiero serlo. Soy una mujer normal que me gusta hacer mi trabajo bien y simplemente os enseño cada día por aquí y por mis redes sociales todo lo que hago y los productos o ropa que uso como fuente de inspiración o ayuda cuando no sepáis qué poneros, a dónde viajar, cuando tengáis dudas entre un producto u otro… Y como todas las personas tengo defectos y virtudes, al igual que mis complejos. Todos tenemos nuestros complejos y debilidades pero tenemos que aprender a vivir con ellos como una parte más de nosotros mismos, y sin darles mayor importancia. Quererse a uno mismo antes de querer a nadie más es lo más importante y en lo que estoy trabajando yo desde hace algún tiempo… Con esto te haces más fuerte y menos vulnerable, lo que también desemboca en que seamos más felices.

Me encantaron estos jeans en cuanto los vi en la web porque aparte de que el estilo mom es uno de mis favoritos porque son de cintura alta pero de pitillo por abajo, las flores bordadas y los rotos me parecen unos detalles únicos. Decidí combinarlos con una camiseta blanca y una de mis cazadoras vaqueras con parches por encima. En esta ocasión me decanté por tacones en vez de zapatillas porque estos justo combinan perfectamente con los colores de las flores y rotos y además también me hacen más alta cuando llevo este tipo de pantalones.

Me voy a coger el vuelo a París, ¡nos vemos allí mañana!

This is one of the things that I like the most in my life, that although I am about to turn 31 years old unexpected things still happen to me, new people arrive to my life, and they all surprise me for good and that make me very happy. This is my energy and my strength to keep on working every day.

I can not be more happy, excited, grateful and proud for the special shooting I had yesterday. I am the new Intimissimi ambassador as many of you might know. It is a brand that I have always liked because I think that the clothes are very elegant and sexy at the same time and that there is variety for all women. Also as I have said in some of my photos I thank you for giving me this opportunity to bring fashion closer to the real people. I’m not a model, I’m not very tall or very pretty, but I do not want to be that all either. I am a normal woman who likes to do her job well and I simply show you every day around here and through my social networks everything I do and the products or clothes I use as a source of inspiration or help when you do not know what to wear, where to travel , when you have doubts between one product or another… And like all people I have defects and virtues, as well as my complexes. We all have our complexes and weaknesses but we have to learn to live with them as a part of ourselves, and without giving them more importance. To love yourself first before loving anyone else is the most important thing and it is what I’ve been working on since some months ago… With this you become stronger and less vulnerable, which also makes you happier.

I loved these jeans as soon as I saw them on the website because apart from that mom style is one of my favorites because they are high waist but skinny, the embroidered flowers and the ripped style are unique details to me. I decided to combine them with a white t-shirt and one of my denim jackets over with patches on top. On this occasion I opted for wearing heels instead of sneakers because these just combine perfectly with the colors of the flowers and they also make me taller when I wear this kind of pants.

And now I’m going to catch my flight to Paris, see you there tomorrow!

Sneakers or booties?

¿Botines o zapatillas? Esta es la pregunta infinita que me hago cada mañana…

Soy adicta a las zapatillas deportivas para diario, lo reconozco. Tengo mil pares de todos los modelos colores. Pero también es cierto que un botín de tacón medio como este que llevo hoy estiliza más la figura sobre todo de las que nos somos muy altas hehe. Por lo tanto hoy quería enseñaros este look con ambas opciones para que me digáis cual es vuestra favorita.

Llevo jeans negros estilo “mom” que me encantan porque ya sabéis que todos mis pantalones son de tiro alto. En mi opinión favorecen mucho más y se adaptan a cualquier cuerpo mejor que los pantalones de cintura baja. Encima me puse este jersey gris con volantes que me preguntasteis muchísimo por él. Un abrigo en beige a juego con el color-block del bolso de piel en negro y camel. Gafas de sol negras, un accesorio imprescindible para mí.

No tengo mucho tiempo para “enrollarme” porque tengo que terminar las mil maletas que me llevo a Estados Unidos y además terminar de organizar nuevos cambios que os contaré dentro de muy poco y que espero que os gusten. Además voy a ir esta tarde a hacerme un peeling facial para llevarme la piel perfecta. Aunque os enseñaré todo en mi Stories ya os contaré por aquí con más detalles los resultados.

Estoy muy contenta y a la vez nerviosa hoy… Contenta porque me encanta EEUU y me encanta todo lo que tengo planeado hacer allí y la gente con la que voy a estar. Nerviosa porque comienzo un nuevo año con mil proyectos nuevos y retos que quiero ir cumpliendo pero también porque han llegado nuevas personas a mi vida que se han convertido en una parte muy importante de mi felicidad y quiero esforzarme para poder gestionar todo y que las cosas salgan bien.

Finalmente publicaré el vídeo de mañana miércoles cuando llegue a California por lo tanto será ya jueves por la mañana para vosotros.

Booties or sneakers? This is my first question that I ask to myself every morning…

I’m addicted to sneakers for my day a day, I do admit it. I have a thousand pairs and in all colors. But it is also true that medium-heel booties like these ones that I’m wearing today stylizes more the figure above all the ones who are not so tall, like me lol. So today I wanted to show you this look with both options, booties and sneakers, so you can tell me which one is your favorite.

I’m wearing black “mom” style jeans that I love because you know that all my pants are high-waisted. In my opinion they look so much more cool and fit any body better than low waist pants. On top I chose this gray sweater with frills that you asked me a lot about it on Instagram. A beige coat over matching with my color-block leather bag in black and camel. Black sunglasses, an essential accessory for me.

I do not have much time to “roll up” today because I have to finish packing and the thousand bags I will be carrying tomorrow to LA and also I have to finish organizing new changes that I will tell you in a few days and I hope you like them all. Besides, I’m going to make a facial peeling this afternoon to leave with a perfect skin. Although I will show you everything on my Stories I will tell you here with more details the results too.

I am very happy and at the same time very nervous today… I am happy because I love USA and I love everything I have planned to do there and the people that I will meet there. Nervous because I start a new year with a thousand new projects and challenges that I want to fulfill but also because new people have arrived to my life and they have become a very important part of my happiness. I really want to make an effort to manage everything and that things come out all right.

Finally I will share tomorrow’s new video on my tv channel when I arrive to California so it will be already Thursday morning for you in Europe.

Burgundy vibes

¡Sábado!

Aunque yo no se si alegrarme tanto porque sólo me queda hoy para ponerme buena antes del viaje de mañana…

El burdeos es uno de mis colores favoritos para invierno, os lo he comentado mil veces, así que estaba claro que iba a ser el protagonista en alguno de mis looks invernales.

Me gustan las botas altas, pienso que estilizan bastante la pierna y sobre todo a las que no somos muy altas, pero no me gustan las que son por encima de la rodilla porque me da la impresión de que me hacen más bajita… ¿qué opináis vosotras?

Vuelvo a enseñaros una camiseta con print divertido como esta de “mini Karl Lagerfeld” que la tengo en blanco y en negro porque al final es una camiseta básica que llevo a diario. Encima llevo una chaqueta de lana con bolsillos también en burdeos y luego un abrigo negro con botones dorados de estilo militar.

Y me voy corriendo a terminar la maleta para mi viaje de mañana a Asia, que es un continente del que he visitado bastante poco por ahora… ¡qué ganas!

Saturdaaaay!

Although I do not know if that’s good or not as I only have today to feel better and recover from my illness before tomorrow’s trip…

Burgundy is one of my favorite colors for winter time, I have told you a thousand times, so it was a fact that it was going to be the protagonist in some of my winter looks.

I like high boots, I think that the leg is very stylized and especially to those who are not very tall like me, but I do not like those ones that are above the knee because it gives me the impression that they make me shorter… What do you think girls?

I show you again a t-shirt with a funny print like this “mini Karl Lagerfeld” I have it in white and black because in the end it is a basic tee that I wear daily. On top I was wearing a wool jacket with pockets also in burgundy and then a black coat military-style with gold buttons.

And I’m finishing now packing for tomorrow’s trip to Asia…, which is a continent I’ve not visited as much as I’d love to… so I’m very excited and happy with this travel!
