Como os he dicho muchas veces me encanta vivir en California por la cantidad de localizaciones preciosas que puedo encontrar allí pero sobre todo porque consigo tener muchos momentos de desconexión y meditación interior. Desde que lo he descubierto soy mucho más feliz porque aprendes a dar a cada problema su justa importancia y te das cuenta de que no todo es tan grave, de que pase lo que pase el mundo sigue girando, la vida continúa, y que tú tienes que seguir también.
No se si sois de las personas que cuando queréis algo lucháis hasta conseguirlo, pase lo que pase, o sin embargo pensáis que cuando algo tiene demasiados impedimentos es porque no es para vosotros. Yo he vivido a lo largo de mi vida ambas situaciones y no se por cual decantarme más. Me gusta luchar por las cosas o personas que quiero y que considero que van a sumar pero también es cierto que cada vez me doy más cuenta de que no a cualquier precio.
Como leeríamos en nuestro mítico El Quijote, “Y, diciendo esto, Don Quijote dio de espuelas a su caballo Rocinante, sin atender a las voces que su escudero Sancho le daba, advirtiéndole que sin duda alguna eran molinos de viento, y no gigantes, aquellos que iba a acometer … —¡Válame Dios! —dijo Sancho—.”
¿La locura de Don Quijote o la cordura de Sancho? Yo, sin duda alguna, me quedo con la locura del querido maestro. Y que me quiten lo bailao’.

As I have said many times I love living in California because of the number of beautiful locations that I can find there but especially because I get many moments of disconnection and inner meditation. Since I discovered it I am much happier because you learn to give each problem its just importance and you realize that not everything is so serious, that no matter what happens the world keeps turning, life keeps going, and you have to keep on walking too.
I do not know if you are the people that when you want something you fight until you get it, whatever happens, or however you think that when something has too many impediments is because it is not for you. I have lived through my life both situations and I do not know which one I’m more likely to. I like to fight for the things or people that I want and I consider that they are going to add to my life but it is also true that every time I realize more than not at any price.
As we read in our mythical Spanish book “El Quijote”: “And saying this, Don Quijote spurred his horse Rocinante, not listening to the voices that his squire Sancho gave him, warning him that they were windmills, and not giants, those whom he was about to undertake- “” God help him, “Sancho said.”

Por fin Sylvia y yo conseguimos llegar a ver el atardecer en el recinto ferial para hacernos fotos con la mítica noria, las figuras gigantes de colores, disfrutar del ambiente durante el día y bailar… ¡bailar mucho!
Lo cierto es que la zona VIP no es tan divertida como el resto del espacio. Por eso nosotras solíamos salir a ver los conciertos fuera, a comer, a bailar, a relacionarnos con gente “normal”, etc.
Un día más escogí un look muy fresquito y cómodo con top de flores y shorts blancos con rotos. Las botas de ante me encantan y me las compré especialmente para Coachella porque lo más cómodo en este terreno es llevar botas o deportivas, desde luego un calzado cómodo y plano.
Ya sabéis que estoy de vuelta por Madrid y he estado Lunes y Martes recuperándome del jet lag porque en nada me vuelvo a ir de viaje, esta vez más cerquita y dentro de España, a Valencia, ¡me encanta! Estaré allí de jueves a domingo así que os iré diciendo por dónde estoy para conoceros a los que todavía no os he visto, ¡me apetece mucho!
Y me estáis escribiendo mucho por el tema de la operación de mis ojos. Antes que nada daros las gracias por los comentarios de ánimo y de vuestras experiencias. Y por otra parte deciros que me da grima el tema que sea algo dentro del ojo, pero no tengo miedo porque el centro donde me voy a operar es el mejor en este tipo de operación (centro Oftalmológico Martínez de Carneros) y estoy segura de que saldrá todo bien y que podré por fin quitarme mis gafas de “Manolita gafotas” hehe. Es el día 23, así que estaré un par de días sin poder publicar mucho.

Last day of Coachella!
Finally Sylvia and I got to see the sunset in the fairground to take pictures with the mythical Ferris wheel, with the giant colourful figures, enjoy the atmosphere during the day and dance… dance a lot!
The truth is that the VIP area is not as fun as the rest of the space. That’s why we used to go out to see the concerts outside, to eat, to dance, to interact with “normal” people, etc.
One more day I chose a very cool and comfortable look with a floral crop top and white ripped shorts. I love my new suede booties that I bought especially for Coachella because the most comfortable in this field is to wear boots or sneakers, of course a comfortable and flat footwear.
You already know that I’m back in Madrid and I’ve been recovering from jet lag on Monday and Tuesday because I’m going to travel again, this time closer and in Spain, to Valencia, I love it! I will be there from Thursday to Sunday so I will tell you where I am to meet those of you who I have not seen yet, can’t wait!
And you’re writing me a lot about the upcoming operation of my eyes. First of all, thank you for all the comments about your personal experiences and lovely words. And on the other hand I tell you that it makes me feel nervous to do something inside my eyes, but I’m not afraid because the center where I’m going to do it is the best on this kind of operations (Martinez de Carneros Eye Center) and I’m pretty sure that everything will go well and that I can finally take off my “freak” glasses hehe. It will be the 23rd, so I’ll be a couple of days without being able to publish so much, just FYI.
Este día fue de los más importantes y divertidos de esta edición del festival. Era el sábado y tocaban los mejores grupos, incluida Lady Gaga que ocupó el que era el puesto de Beyoncé. Además tuvimos varias fiestas muy chulas por el día como la pool party de Revolve (fotos más abajo) a la que asistieron importantes celebrities como Leonardo DiCaprio o Alessandra Ambrosio.
Por la mañana me acerqué al hotel donde se encontraba el equipo de GHD para que me hiciesen este peinado. No quería hacerme algo que luego no me gustase, porque tenía que hacer muchas fotos y vídeos este día, por eso opté por mis ondas de siempre, muy naturales, con trenza lateral a la izquierda y luego en la derecha pequeñas trencitas. Me encantaron los charms de plumas plateadas que me pusieron en la trenza grande.
Este fue uno de mis looks favoritos porque me estoy aficionando a eso de llevar bodies con shorts. Me encantó este body en cuanto lo vi por el encaje, los lazos en los laterales, la espalda tan bonita y sexy y además por el color tan veraniego. Me encanta también el detalle de la pegatina de joyas en la frente con colores a juego con mi look.
¡Y menudo calor que pasamos haciendo estas fotos al lado de la avenida principal de Palm Springs! Perfectamente podía hacer más de 40 grados en esta carretera en pleno desierto y el asfalto quemaba bastante… pero bueno, el resultado me gustó y eso es lo importante. Una vez más os cuento que lo que más me gusta de vivir aquí es que puedo hacer fotos originales y muy diferentes en prácticamente cada esquina.

Third day of Coachella!
This day was one of the most important and funny days of this music festival. It was the Saturday and they played the best bands, including Lady Gaga who occupied the position of Beyoncé (which is super pregnant and couldn’t finally did it). We also had some cool parties during the day like Revolve’s pool party (photos below) where also came international celebrities such as Leonardo DiCaprio or Alessandra Ambrosio.
In the morning I went to the hotel where the GHD team was based to do this hairstyle. I did not want to do something that I did not like at all, because I had to do a lot of photos and videos this day. That’s why I opted for my usual waves, very natural, with a lateral braid on the left side and then on the right side small braids. I loved the charms of silver feathers that they put on the big braid.
This was one of my favorite looks because I’m loving wearing bodies with shorts. I loved this body as soon as I saw it for the lace, the ties on the sides, the beautiful and sexy back and also for the summer color. I also love the detail of the jewelry sticker on my face matching the colors of my outfit.
And while doing these pics we almost melt with this road in front of the main street of Palm Springs! How hot! It could perfectly be more than 40 degrees on this road in the middle of the desert and the asphalt burned so much… but I liked so much the results so that’s what’s important to me. Once again I tell you that what I like most about living here in California is that I can make original and very different photos in practically every corner.
Y comienzo hablando de las adicciones. Para mí tienen su parte buena y su parte mala. La parte buena es que las disfrutamos al máximo, son los momentos en que quizá somos más felices. La parte mala es que, como toda adicción, hay que saber controlarla siempre y no al revés, porque sino tenemos un problema. Pensado detenidamente este tema he llegado a la conclusión de que todos tenemos más adicciones de las que creemos. Hay gente muy adicta al trabajo, ya sea porque lo usan como vía de escape para evadir otros problemas o porque su trabajo realmente les apasiona. Evidentemente existe la adicción a las drogas, al alcohol, al tabaco… a vicios muy nocivos para la salud y desde mi punto de vista “vicios poco inteligentes”. También se puede ser adicto a las personas. Sí, a las personas. Se puede ser adicto a un padre/madre, hijo/hija, pareja… pero eta adicción no siempre esto es algo bueno ya que hay que saber diferenciar el llevar mucho tiempo con alguien y tenerle mucho cariño, de querer a alguien de verdad y no poder vivir sin él. Son cosas diferentes.
Yo, para sincerarme, os confieso hoy que entre mis adicciones favoritas están mi madre por supuesto, que ya tengo mucho “mono” de ella por aquí hehe. Mi trabajo, que esto no es tan positivo como parece y estoy intentando controlarlo para poder disfrutar más de mi vida personal y centrarme un poco más en mí. Y cómo no, aunque ya todos los sabéis, soy adicta al chocolate y la nutella. Desayunar fruta con nutella es uno de los mayores placeres para mí y si además lo hago rodeada de gente que quiero, ya sí que es mi paraíso hehe.
Este era mi desayuno cada mañana en nuestro hotel de Palm Springs antes de comenzar con las maratones de pool parties, fotos, vídeos, festival… Por cierto me habéis preguntado mucho por hoteles en esta zona y yo ya he venido varias veces a este, Ritz Carlton, porque creo que es de los que mejor ubicado está y sobre todo por las fabulosas vistas que tiene desde la montaña. Además como podéis ver el hotel es precioso y tiene varias piscinas, zonas de chill out, varios restaurantes…
También me preguntasteis mucho por este mono de flores, otro de los estampados más vistos en Coachella, que combiné con botines burdeos y bolso a juego con el print.
Me voy a disfrutar del Domingo haciendo fotos, comiendo con amigos y luego de concierto.

Coachella day 2!
And I’d like to start talking about addictions. To me they have their good part and their bad part. The good part is that we enjoy them to the maximum, are the moments in which perhaps we are more happy. The bad part is that, like any addiction, we must know how to control it always and not the other way round, because then we will have a problem. With this theme in mind I have come to the conclusion that we all have more addictions than we believe. There are people who are very addicted to work, either because they use it as an escape route to avoid other problems or because their really love their work. Obviously there is addiction to drugs, alcohol, tobacco… addictions very harmful to health and from my point of view “smartness” addictions. You can also be addicted to people. Yes, to people. You can be addicted to your father/mother,, son/daughter, to your couple… but this addiction is not always good because you have to know the difference between spending a lot of time with someone and off course loving him/her, and to be really in love with that person. They are different things.
To be honest, I must confess you today that my favourites addictions are my mother of course, I can’t wait to see her here again hopefully in 2 weeks. My work, this is not as positive as it seems and I am trying to control it so that I can enjoy more my personal life and focus a little bit more on myself. And of course, although you all know, I’m addicted to chocolate and nutella. Having as breakfast fruit with nutella is one of the greatest pleasures for me and if I also do it surrounded by people that I love that is my paradise haha.
This was my breakfast every morning at our hotel in Palm Springs before beginning with the marathons pool parties, photos, videos, festival concerts… By the way you have asked me a lot for hotels in this area and I have always been in this one, Hotel Ritz Carlton, because I think it is one of the best located ones and especially for the fabulous views it has from the mountain. Also as you can see the hotel is beautiful and has 2 pools, chill out areas, many restaurants…
You also asked me a lot about this floral print playsuit, another one of the most seen prints in Coachella, which I combined with my burgundy studded booties and my pink bag matching the print.
I’m going to enjoy this amazing Sunday taking pictures, having lunch with my friends and then going to a concert.
Mi primer año en Coachella chicos, uno de los festivales de música más importantes de California que tiene lugar cada año en Abril en Palm Springs. Aquí se reúnen cada año las más importantes celebrities, modelos, bloggers e influencers, actores… internacionales que vienen de todas partes del mundo y, en definitiva, todo amante de la buena música para lucir sus mejores modelitos veraniegos y disfrutar de la mejor música. Encajes, shorts, bodies, botas estilo western, trenzas, colores llamativos, maquillaje con pedrería, transparencias, bikinis… son algunas de las cosas que no pueden faltar en vuestra maleta para vivir al máximo este festival.
Palm Springs está ubicado en pleno desierto a 2h de Los Angeles así que imaginaros el contraste de temperaturas: durante el día más de 30 grados y por las noches bajaban hasta unos 20, así que tuvimos que llevar también alguna prenda más abrigada. Para mi las opciones que siempre es una apuesta segura son o unos shorts con un top o body y botas, o un vestido corto o mono y botas. En esta ocasión llevo un mono de tirantes de rayas en azul y blanco combinado con botas burdeos y bolso de ante.
La agenda que tuvimos durante este festival es levantarnos para desayunar, ir a hacer fotos a alguna localización chula, después pasar por alguna pool party y ya ir directas a los conciertos sobre las 18h hasta la noche. Claro, todo esto con varios “modelitos” en el coche y que teníamos que cambiarnos donde pudiéramos… incluso en el propio parking. Os recomiendo si no habéis ido nunca aún que llevéis bastante agua y sobre todo que no os expongáis al sol durante mucho tiempo, porque hemos vivido varios casos de insolación este año.
Y sí, ya tengo bastante colorcito porque he podido escaparme algún día a tomar el sol un rato y con lo que más me gusta cuidar mi piel y mantener mi moreno es con las nuevas cremas que me he traído a este viaje de la nueva edición limitada para este verano 2017 MadC de Rituals. Para crearla se han inspirado en el concepto de la vida como una obra de arte, animándonos a descubrir nuestra esencia, nuestro verdadero yo y lo que llevamos dentro y sacarlo fuera.
¿Y queréis saber cómo es el alma de Express Your Soul?
A mí me encanta el aroma cítrico a verbena y naranjo amargo que tienen y además ese toque fresco que es lo que más me gusta cuando me salgo de la ducha. Es muy importante cuando tomamos el sol que nos hagamos de vez en cuando peelings en todo el cuerpo para eliminar las pieles muertas y esto lo consigo con este nuevo exfoliante corporal a base de azúcar ecológico y aceites altamente hidratantes. Yo aquí lo hago unas 2/3 veces a la semana. Después me aplico esta crema hidratante con efecto iluminador que es por lo que me habéis preguntado de por qué me brillaban tanto las piernas, pues es por el ligero tono dorado y brillante que deja. Para lavarme el cuerpo uso este nuevo gel en forma de espuma que es mucho más fácil y cómodo de aplicar que una pastilla de jabón o que cualquier gel de cuerpo y a continuación me doy el aceite de ducha también para dejar mi piel más limpia y suave antes de darme la crema hidratante. Con todo esto el moreno queda más bonito y también nos durará más.
Todo esto va unido a un estilo de vida sana y saludable y es lo que se engloba dentro de esta nueva edición limitada “Express your soul”. Independientemente de que sea adicta a “pecados” como la nutella, que tomo por las mañanas con un buen plato de fruta, es cierto que cuanto más vivo en Los Angeles más me cuido. Hago mucho más deporte aquí que en Madrid y también como más sano. Eso me gusta. Me he aficionado a los tés de todo tipo y como mínimo me bebo uno detox al día. Os prometo que se nota y por eso me gusta Rituals porque también tiene su propia marca de té que va unido a esta forma de vida healthy y además no tiene azúcar.
¿Conocías ya vosotros estos productos para cuidar la piel? Recordad que al fina la piel es el espejo del alma y que todo lo que comemos se refleja en el exterior al igual que absorbe todo lo que le damos de manera externa. Por eso a mí me gusta que sean siempre los mejores productos que uso yo misma a diario.

COACHELLA DAY 1!
My first year in Coachella guys! It is one of California’s most important music festivals that takes place in Palm Springs every year in April. Every year, the most important celebrities, models, bloggers and influencers, international actors… come from all over the world and, of course, also every lover of good music to show off their best summer outfits and enjoy the best music. Lace, shorts, bodies, boots western style, braids, flashy colors, makeup with rhinestones, transparencies, bikinis… are some of the things that you can not miss in your suitcase to live to the maximum this festival.
Palm Springs is located in the middle of the desert, 2 hours driving from Los Angeles, so imagine the contrast of temperatures: during the day more than 30 degrees and then at night they go down until about 20, so you have to bring also some warm clothing. For me the options that is always a safe bet are or shorts with a top or body and boots, or a short dress or playsuit with booties too. This day I was wearing a blue and white striped playsuit combined with burgundy boots and my fav suede bag.
The agenda we had during this festival is to get up to have breakfast around 9am, go to take photos to some cool locations, then go through some pool party and go straight to the concerts from 6pm until night. Of course, all this with many outfits in the car and that we had to change where we could… even in the parking itself, lol. I recommend you if you have never gone yet that you take enough water and above all that you do not expose yourself to the sun for a long time, because we have experienced some cases of people feeling sick this year.
And yes, I’m tanned because I could escape some day to sunbathe for a while and what I like most is to take care of my skin to keep my tan longer. This year I have brought to this trip the new limited edition for this summer 2017, MadC for Rituals. To create it they have been inspired by the concept of life as a work of art, encouraging us to discover our essence, our true self and take it outside, liberate it.
And do you want to know what the soul of ‘Express Your Soul’ is like?
I love the citrus aroma of verbena and orange that they have and also that fresh touch that is what I like the most when I get out of the shower. It is very important when we sunbathe that we do occasionally peelings throughout the body to remove dead skin so I’m suing now this new body scrub with ecological sugar and highly moisturizing oils. I do it here about 2/3 times a week so my skin looks that perfect. Then I apply this cream with an illuminating effect which is what you have asked me about, why my legs shine so brightly, it is because of the light golden tone and bright that it has. To wash my body I use this new foam gel that is much easier to apply than a bar of soap or any body gel and then I use the shower oil also to make my skin cleaner and smoother before applying the cream. With all this process my skin looks so much more beautiful and also will make my tan to last longer.
All this is linked to a healthy lifestyle and this is the best part that is included in this new limited edition “Express your soul.” Regardless of being addicted to “sins” as the nutella, which I take every in the morning with a good fruit plate, it is true that the more I live in Los Angeles the more I take care of myself. I practice many here and I also eat healthier. And I like it. I drink many teas daily of all kinds and at least I drink one detox a day. I promise you it works and that’s why I like Rituals because it atlso has its own brand of tea that is linked to this healthy lifestyle and also has no sugar, so is perfect for all people.
Did you already know these products to take care of our skin? ¿Cómo ha ido vuestra noche de los muertos vivientes?
Nosotros, como la mayoría habréis podido ver en mi Stories, lo pasamos genial anoche celebrando Halloween aquí en Los Ángeles. Cortaron la calle entera Santa Mónica Boulevard, y todo el mundo iba disfrazado y bailando. ¡Fue divertidísimo!
Hoy os enseño el segundo día que pasamos en Palm Springs en el Hotel Ritz Carlton en Rancho Mirage. Continuamos con una temperatura perfecta por aquí por eso sigo llevando vestidos y ropa de verano. ¡Me encanta!
Otra de las cosas que me encanta hacer cuando viajo y puedo disfrutar de hoteles como este, es darme masajes. ¡Soy adicta! Reconozco que los necesito y me vienen genial para relajarme y soltar tensión acumulada, así que comenzamos el día los 3 con un masaje de 1h y media que me dejó perfecta.
¡Y hoy nos vamos de safari! Así que me voy corriendo a prepararme que tengo muchas ganas de grabar y hacer fotos para enseñároslas.

Happy Halloween everyone!
How has been your night of the walking dead?
We, as most of you would have seen on my Stories, had a really great time celebrating Halloween last night here in Los Angeles. They closed the whole street, Santa Monica Boulevard, and everyone was dressed up very fun and dancing in the middle of the street. It was amazing!
Today I show you the second day we spent in Palm Springs at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Rancho Mirage. As we continue with a perfect weather all around here I’m still wearing dresses and summer clothing. I love it! “#neverendingsummer hehe.
Another thing I love to do when I travel and I enjoy hotels like this one is to have a massage. I am addicted! I recognize that I need them so much to relax and take out all the bad energies and accumulated tension, so we started the day (the 3 of us) having a massage of 1 hour and a half left me perfect. What a better way to start a day?
And today we are going to a safari! So I’m running to get ready and take all my cameras as I’m really excited and want to show you many videos and pictures.
Nueva semana en Estados Unidos, y desde luego el que se aburre en este continente es porque quiere… Una de las cosas que más me gusta de USA es que todos los estados están pegados unos a otros con lo que es muy fácil y sencillo planear viajes los fines de semana para conocer otras ciudades y sobre todo para desconectar del trabajo.
Como sabéis el miércoles pasado nos fuimos a pasar unos días a Palm Springs, que es donde se realiza el ya multitudinario y conocido festival de Coachella, ya que se encuentra en este valle, dentro del condado de Riverside.
Nos alojamos, Maja, Carlos y yo, en el hotel Ritz Carlton, que como podéis ver tiene estas espectaculares vistas al desierto y a las montañas.
Lo que más me gusta cuando visito un nuevo lugar es hablar con la gente que vive ahí y que me cuenten historias interesantes… “culturizarme”. Así que, ¿sabíais que… Palm Springs se hizo famoso gracias a los actores de Hollywood? Si, según me han explicado, los actores que rodaban películas por el desierto o zonas cercanas, no podía alejarse según el contrato más de 150 millas de la zona de rodaje, por lo que se venían aquí para descansar y desconectar cuando tenían días libres. Por eso se conoce también como “el patio de las estrellas”.
Además era una zona habitada inicialmente por indios. De hecho ellos fueron los que crearon el primer spa resort en este área.
Espero que os haya servido esta información para conocer un poquito más esta zona. Y estoy intentando enseñaros estos días muchas marcas nuevas que estoy descubriendo por aquí con las que he empezado a colaborar, por eso de luego no ir todos vestidos iguales hehe, así que espero que os guste este look sencillo con mono corto en negro con detalles dorados.

Good morning Monday!
New week in the United States, and certainly the ones who get bored on this side of the world is because they want… Because one of the things that I like most about USA is that all states are together to each other so it is very easy and simple to organise a trip for the weekends to know other cities and especially to disconnect from work.
As you know, last Wednesday we went to spend some days in Palm Springs, which is know for hosting the crowded and already super famous Coachella festival. This is actually the name of this valley, in Riverside County.
We stayed, Maja, Carlos and me, at the Ritz Carlton hotel as you will probably already know. As you can see we enjoyed so much these spectacular views between the desert and the mountains.
What I like when I visit a new city is to talk to the people who live there and to discover interesting stories about the place… “culturizarme”. So, did you know that… Palm Springs became famous thanks to Hollywood actors and actresses? Yes, according to what they explained to me, while the actors were filming the movies in the desert or nearby areas, they could not get away under the contract conditions more than 150 miles away, so they came here to relax and disconnect when they had days off. That is why it is also known as “the playground of the stars.”
This place was also an initially inhabited by Indians. Actually they were the ones who created the first spa resort in this area.
I hope you like this information to understand a little bit more this city. And I’m trying to show you these last few weeks many new brands that I’m discovering here in California with whom I have just started working.
