Happy New Year!

¡Buenos días y FELIZ AÑO NUEVO! Espero que hayáis tenido todos una muy buena salida y y comienzo de año. 2016 huele a cosas buenas y a nuevas oportunidades y a comenzar de nuevo todo, ¡vamos a sacarle el máximo partido!

Y este es mi primer post del 2016. Ya estoy de vuelta por Madrid, acabo de aterrizar hace apenas dos horas. Ya de vuelta al trabajo diario pero como os dije a través de mis redes sociales estoy muy contenta por empezar un año nuevo con mucha ilusión y nuevos proyectos, así que vamos a por todas como siempre chicos.

He pasado 6 días divertidísimos en París con mis amigos y mi hermana. Ya se que la mayoría lo habéis seguido casi en directo a través de mis redes sociales y me habéis visto comer, bailar y sobre todo reír y hacer el tonto mucho, me encanta tomarme la vida de la forma más alegre y positiva posible y sobre todo disfrutarlo con la gente que más quiero.

Como os conté hace poco solía hacer cada fin de año una lista con 12 deseos para irlos pidiendo cuando me iba tomando las uvas, pero la verdad es que este año no la he hecho. ¿Por qué? No porque se me haya olvidado, sino porque creo que tengo mucha, muchísima suerte de poder trabajar en lo que más me gusta, de disfrutar de mi trabajo cada día más. Por eso mis deseo este año han sido muy sencillos: salud para toda mi familia y gente cercana a mi, seguir trabajando cada día más y mejor para vosotros y para demostrarme a mi misma que puedo conseguir nuevos objetivos y sobre todo seguir invirtiendo muchas fuerzas en mantener siempre una mentalidad alegre y positiva ante la vida. Levantarme con energía cada día pase lo que pase e intentar buscar soluciones rápidas y eficaces a cada situación, ya sabéis que de todo se aprende. Centrémonos ahora en seguir con todo lo bueno y en cortar con las malas vibraciones para comenzar nuevas aventuras. Tenemos un libro de 365 páginas en blanco por delante para escribir una bonita historia.

Preparé este look para vosotros para una noche de fiesta porque desde que vi este vestido de manga larga de tela estilo Chanel y corte desigual me enamoré de él y se ha convertido en una opción perfecta para mi cuando tengo un evento más especial o importante. En las fotos de hoy me lo puse con medias negras debajo porque es verdad que en invierno llevar las piernas al aire con el frío y el color tan blanco que tenemos ahora pues no es la mejor opción… Pero escogí unas medias diferentes ya que son negras tupidas pero tienen detrás una tira ancha de terciopelo. ¿Qué os parecen? Para centrar toda la atención en el vestido y en el bordado rosado que lleva tanto delante como detrás escogí complementos muy básicos: unos tacones negros de charol, una blazer negra de terciopelo por encima a juego con las medias y con botones dorados y un clutch con cadena también dorada en color nude.

Os podréis imaginar el día que me espera hoy (me he levantado a las 7 de la mañana y ya he venido en el avión escribiendo este post) así que me despido ya hasta mañana y os deseo un buen Lunes a todos, y a los que tenéis que trabajar como yo ya sabéis ¡a por todas siempre! y más recién estrenado el año.

Good morning and HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you all had a very good start of the year. 2016 seems to be a new good year full of new opportunities and it gives ut the chance to start all over again, and we will do it of course!

And this is my first post of 2016. I’m back in Madrid, just landed two hours ago. Now I’m back to my daily work but as I said through my social networks to you I’m very happy to start a new year with great enthusiasm and new projects, so I’m doing like always: all in or nothing.

I spent the last 6 days in Paris having so much fun and relaxing days with my friends who live there and my sister. I know that the many of you have followed me live through my social networks and seen me eating, dancing and laughing; in conclusion, enjoying a lot. I really love to surround myself by positive and good people as much as it is posible, and these guys have made my New Year Eve an unforgettable one.

As I told you recently I used to do every year a list (kind of bucket list) with 12 wishes to wish when taking the grapes on the 31h of December, but the truth is that this year I have not done it. Why? Not because I have forgotten it but because I believe that I’m very, very lucky to work in what I like most, to enjoy my work every day. So my only wishes this year have been very simple: health for my family and people close to me, keep on working every day more and better for you and to prove to myself that I can achieve new goals and especially continue to try to have a positive mind every day. I use to get up with a lot of energy every morning no matter what happens and I’d like to try to find quick and effective solutions to each situation,specially the bad ones because they will become lessons to us. So let’s continue with all the good vibes in our lives and start new adventures. We have a book of 365 blank pages ahead to write a nice story.

I did the shooting of this look for you about how to dress for a special night because since I saw this long sleeve dress Chanel style I felt in love with it and it has become a perfect choice for me when I have a special or important event. In today’s photos I’m wearing it with black tights underneath because it is true that in winter our legs there aren’t so ‘perfect’ to go without them so I realized that this was the best choice. But these tights are different as others because they have behind a wide strip of velvet. Do you like them? To focus all the attention on the dress and the pink embroidery at the front and back I chose very basic and simple accessories: a pair of black patent leather heels, a black velvet blazer over matching the tights details with gold buttons and a clutch with golden chain also in nude color.

I guess that you you can imagine the day that awaits me today (I woke up at 7am and I have been on the plane writing this post) now working at home and then going to the TV show… So I say goodbye to you now and tomorrow and I wish you all a happy Monday. For those of you that have to work like me, you know that a new a new year is the best moment to start new projects and dreams, so go for it!

Bonjour Paris!

Como ya sabréis la mayoría me he venido estos días a París a pasar aquí fin de año y a visitar unos días a mis amigas Elena y Teresa que viven aquí y con mi hermana que también ha llegado hoy.

Anoche, como os fui contando a través de mi Snapchat, me volví a reencontrar en París con mis amigas Tatjana y Maja, y nos lo pasamos bastante bien, como siempre que nos juntamos. Estuvimos cenando en un restaurante muy conocido de la ciudad, Matignon, donde os recomiendo pedir el tartar de salmón, el risotto trufado (si, soy muy fan de todo lo que lleve trufa hehe) o la pasta penne. Después bajamos a la discoteca del bar y ahí ya os podéis imaginar, no paramos de bailar, de reirnos y de hablar con todo el mundo, la verdad es que los españoles somos muy abiertos y queridos aquí en París, al menos a mi me pasa siempre que vengo y como ya sabéis que a mi hablar ‘no me gusta nada’…

Ahora aprovechando el súper día de sol que hace, y último día del año, nos vamos a hacer fotitos que os iré enseñando y luego a comer a Galerias Lafayette donde trabaja mi amiga Teresa. Podéis seguir todo en directo en mi Snapchat ‘itgirlmarta’ y os deseo un ¡FELIZ AÑO NUEVO A TODOS! Espero que todos comencemos el 2016 con buen pie y que se sigan cumpliendo poco a poco nuestros sueños.

Bonjour Paris!

As you know I’ve arrived to Paris yesterday night to spend here the New Year and stay a few days visiting my friends Elena and Teresa who live here and also with my sister who has arrived this morning.

Last night, as I was telling you through my Snapchat, I met again here in Paris my friends Tatjana and Maja, and we had a really good time, as always when we are together. We were having dinner at a famous restaurant at the city, Matignon, where I recommend you to visit and order the salmon tartar, the truffled risotto (yes, I’m a big fan of everything with truffle hehe) or the penne pasta. Then we went down to the disco bar and there you can imagine, not stop dancing, laughing and talking with everyone. The truth is that Spanish people are very open and loved here in Paris, at least this happens to me whenever I come back and as you know that I’m very talkative…

Now taking advantage of the super sunny day, and last day of the year, we will go to take some pictures that I will be showing you these coming days and then we will have lunch at Lafayette Galeries where my friend Teresa works. You can follow live all that I will do on my snapchat ‘itgirlmarta’ and of course I wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS!!! I hope that you all start good the new year, 2016, and remember to never give up and never stop following your dreams and working hard to achieve them!

Mixing soft colors

¡Buenos días! Víspera del día de Navidad y yo sigo a tope terminando todo el trabajo que tengo estos días para poder descansar el fin de semana por fin en nuestro paraíso español: las Islas Canarias. Los que estéis por Las Palmas que sepáis que estaré hasta el 28 por ahí.

Ya sabéis que no puedo evitar de vez en cuando dar un poco de color a mis looks con colores claritos que creo que alegran cualquier día. En este caso además voy bastante abrigada con este jersey de lana gorda y cuello vuelto, en rosa clarito, que lo escogí para que fuese a juego con los detalles de mis nuevas zapatillas. La verdad es que es una comodidad ir en zapatillas a diario, me encanta y además creo que podemos ir perfectamente sin calcetines, yo os prometo que no paso tanto frío… hehe. Llevo jeans blancos ajustado y una cazadora vaquera por encima, estilo oversize como a mi me gusta. Cada día cuando me ducho y me meto en mi vestidor para vestirme me gusta optar por ir lo más sencilla y cómoda posible, ya me conocéis.

Os voy deseando ya unas felices fiestas y que mañana Papa Noel se porte bien con vosotros… ¡con los que hayáis sido buenos! haha.

Good Morning! So the day before Christmas and I’m still finishing all the work that I have these days to finally can rest during the weekend at our Spanish paradise: the Canary Islands. Those of you from Las Palmas take note that I’ll be there until Monday 28 and I want to meet you there!

You know that I can not avoid occasionally give a touch of color to my looks with soft colors, I think that they give light to any winter day. In this case I’m also quite warm with this fat wool turtleneck sweater in soft pink, that I chose to match with the details of my new sneakers. The truth is that it I really like these kind of shoes to go comfy every day, I love it and I also believe that we can go perfectly without socks, I promise you that in Madrid is not too cold… hehe. I’m wearing skinny white jeans and a denim jacket over, oversize style as I like them. Every day after taking my shower I get into my closet to dress as easy and comfortable as possible, you know that this is the style I like to run from one place to another in my day a days.

I already want to wish you a merry Christmas and that Santa brings you tomorrow many presents … just in case that you have been good guys! haha.

My smoking jacket

¿Quién nos iba a decir que vestiríamos en nuestro día a día con chaquetas de smoking y con un look tan moderno y roquero como este, verdad?

Pues eso os enseño en el look de hoy. Llevo una chaqueta de smoking en raso azul marino con cuellos en cuero negros. Otra combinación que nunca pensamos, ¿o no? Negro con azul marino… pues yo viendo los resultados del outfit de hoy creo que me encanta cómo combinan. Debajo llevo una camiseta básica gris, ya sabéis por lo del “menos es más”, y unos leggings de cuero negros de hace varios años. Como calzado escogí unos de mis botines favoritos de este año: negros de ante con plataforma de goma. No te resbalas con ellos y además la plataforma de delante hace que sean comodísimos. Este tipo de calzado es un ‘must’ esta temporada.

Y os cuento que he comenzado otra nueva sección en Non Stop People donde cada martes os haré una pregunta sobre cómo vestir para determinado momento o evento. Would you ever have thought that we will wear in our daily looks smoking jackets with such a modern and rocker look like this?

So this is what I show you on today’s look. I’m wearing a smoking jacket in satin navy blue with black leather edges. Black with navy blue… A strange combination that we never thought, right? But looking at the results of the outfit I think I like how they match together. Under I’m wearing a basic gray t-shirt, you know that “less is more”, and a black leather leggings from some years ago. As shoes I chose one of my favourite bootie froms this year: black suede with rubber platform. They are perfect for the rainy days and also the front platform makes them very comfy. This kind of footwear are really a ‘must’ this season.

And now I want to tell you that I have started a new section to the TV channel where I work: Non Stop People. Every Tuesday night I will make you a question about how to dress for a specific moment or event. Little prince kinda coat

Pues si, estoy segura de que a vosotros también os ha pasado que veis o tenéis una prenda que os recuerda a cuando erais pequeños, ¿o no?

Mi madre nos compraba a mi hermana y a mi este tipo de abrigos como el que llevo hoy en todos los colores. Los llamábamos “abrigos de principito” y con ese nombre se quedaron hasta hoy. Y la verdad es que falta de significado no tienen porque precisamente los reyes y príncipes desde siempre han utilizando el terciopelo para sus atuendos y vestimentas, y en colores como este azul petróleo, burdeos, verde…

Yo he optado por un look casi por completo en azul con vaqueros ajustados cortados, botines azules de tacón medio y he aprovechado los detalles en rojo del borde del bolsillo para ponerme mi bolso bandolera de piel rojo con cadena y tachuelas doradas.

Y hablando de príncipes y principitos qué mejor que terminar el post de hoy con una de mis frases favoritas que además viene al caso ya que es de uno de los mejores libros que existen y que seguro que vosotros también habéis leído: ‘El Principito’. Y la frase dice lo siguiente: “He aquí mi secreto, que no puede ser más simple: sólo con el corazón se puede ver bien, lo esencial es invisible para los ojos”, Antoine de Saint Exupéry.

Morning!

I’m pretty sure that sometiens it happened to you to see or have something that reminds you of when you were little, your childhood, right?

My mother used to buy my sister and me these kind of coats, like this one that I’m wearing today, in all colors. We called them “little prince coats” and that name stayed until nowadays. The truth is that this name it isn’t lack of meaning because we all know that kings and princes have always used velvet fabric for their clothes and costumes, and always mixing blue colors with burgundy, green…

So I opted for a look almost entirely in blue with skinny ripped jeans, blue medium heeled booties and my red leather shoulder bag with chain and golden studs matching with the red edge of the side pockets.

Talking about princesses and little princes what a better to finish today’s post than with one of my favorite quotes from one of the best books in the world that surely you have also read: ‘The Little Prince’. And the sentence says: “Here is my secret, a very simple secret: it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye”, Antoine de Saint Exupéry.

New ‘jewels’ at home

Bueno bueno… qué buena acogida están teniendo los Vlogmas, ¡me alegro muchísimo de que os gusten tanto! Al final se trata de que me sigáis conociendo un poco más y me gusta compartir con vosotros todo lo que me pasa en mi vida: lo bueno, lo malo, las alegrías, las penas… esto parece un matrimonio multitudinario eh? hahaha.

Y una de las cosas que más me gusta de la Navidad, aparte de que la gente parece que aunque sea ‘aparentemente’ se vuelve más buena, son los regalitos. ¡Qué ilusión me sigue haciendo abrirlos aunque sepa lo que son como en este caso! Y es que creo que después del año que llevo y las palizas que me pego yo solita (os recuerdo que yo no trabajo con novio, hermano/a, amigos… a mi sólo me ayuda mi madre en algunos momentos y ya), pues creo que me merecía hacerme un regalito a mi misma., ¿no? hehe.

Así que volviendo a mi color favorito de la temporada, el burdeos, y encima con una de las tendencias que más me gustan también como es el terciopelo, pues os presento mi nuevo bolso de piel en burdeos. Para mi tiene el tamaño perfecto porque no es ni muy pequeño ni muy grande, que yo como soy ‘mini’ no me puedo poner bolsos muy grandes porque ocupan más que yo. Pero, ¿qué me decís de las joyas (nunca mejor dicho) que he encontrado en Zara? La verdad es que estos zapatos/joya me enamoraron en cuanto los vi. Aparte de por el color y el terciopelo es que llevar la pedrería plateada me parece el detalle perfecto para estas fechas. Así que estas son mis dos nuevas ‘joyitas’ en casa.

Para dar un toque más casual al look ya que llevaba blazer de terciopelo, tacones y bolso, opté por ponerme unos jeans ajustados rotos y una sudadera en rayas de los mismos colores.

Wooowww!!! I’m so so happy for the good reception that are having my Vlogmas videos, I’m glad you like them! In the end they are for you, to can know me a little bit more and I like to share with you everything that happens in my life: the good things, the bad, my happiness, my sadness… this seems like a multitude marriage, don’t you think so? hahaha.

One of the things that I like about Christmas, apart form people seem to become ‘apparently’ more good, are the presents. It still makes me very happy to open my Xmas presents even knowing what there are inside the box, like in this case! And I think that after this long year that I’ve been working so hard and alone (I remind you that I do not work with my boyfriend, my brother/sister, any friends… just my mom helps me sometimes) I really think I deserved a gift from me to myself, right? hehe.

So back to my favorite color of the season, burgundy, and matching with one of the top trends for the winter, the velvet fabric, I introduce you to my new leather bag in burgundy. To me it has the perfect size because it is neither too small or too big. As I am ‘mini’ I can not wear large bags that are bigger than me. And what do you think about my new jewels (never better said) that I’ve found in Zara? The truth is that I’m completely in love with these jews-heels that I show you yesterday on my medias, in loved them as soon as I saw them. Apart from the color and the velvet again they have silver embroidery, which seems to be the perfect accent for these days. So these are my two new ‘gems’ at home.

To give a more casual touch to the look and as I’m wearing a velvet blazer and these jewel-heels and purse, I decided to wear just some ripped tight jeans and a striped sweatshirt in the same colors.

Powerful women

¡Hola a todos!

Como sabéis estoy estos días en Barcelona por varios eventos y trabajos que tenía aquí y me he venido con mis amigos Isabel y Carlos.

Anoche estuvimos en la presentación del anuncio de Freixenet de este año, y desde luego el evento fue de poner los pelos de punta. No sólo por la realización que hay detrás del mismo, el equipo, las semanas de duro trabajo, etc. sino porque este año las protagonistas son las que para mi se llevan todo el mérito. Y es que la firma catalana ha escogido al equipo olímpico de gimnasia rítmica para protagonizar su esperado anuncio navideño de este año. Las seis chicas, campeonas olímpicas, han dado todo de si mismas para que podamos ver un anuncio desde mi punto de vista sin precedentes. No, no son “famosas” como Messi, Cristiano, o un actor/actriz X, pero seguramente ninguno de nosotros sabríamos hacer lo que ellas hacen con las cintas, pelotas y con sus propios cuerpos aunque ensayásemos durante meses…

El anuncio se estrenó en el Museo Nacional Marítimo, en Barcelona. Un lugar precioso lleno de encanto y magia para una noche donde todo destacaba por “brillar”. Este es el lema de este año de la marca, brillar.

Pero si os estoy contando toda esta historia es porque quiero destacar lo importante que es el papel de la mujer hoy en día. Nosotras podemos si, y lo demostramos cada día. Madres casadas, madres solteras, chicas jóvenes, estudiantes, mujeres mayores,… todas luchamos a diario por conseguir por fin la igualdad definitiva con ellos, y lo conseguiremos. Estas chicas contaban anoche que cuando recibieron la medalla olímpica!! (algo que no se consigue todos los días, claro!) no había nadie más que sus familias esperándoles en el aeropuerto… Sin embargo nos volvemos locos cuando vemos a X futbolista o cantante?! Por favor valoremos un poco el esfuerzo y trabajo de la gente luchadora, constante, y que persigue sus sueños. Y tomemos ejemplo de este tipo de personas.

Yo qué queréis que os diga, empezando por mi madre y siguiendo por mis abuelas, tías, hermana, primas, … vengo de una familia de luchadoras, y no todas han tenido siempre al destino de su parte, pero nunca nos hemos rendido.

¡A mí me encanta ser mujer! Y estoy orgullosa de ello y de poder luchar cada día por un futuro digno para todas.

Hi there everyone!

As you know I am these days in Barcelona to attend to some events and jobs that I have here and I have the good company of my lovely friends Isabel and Carlos.

Last night we were at the presentation of the new Freixenet advertisement for this year, and this year the event was very emotive. Not only for all the work that is behind it, the team, the weeks of hard work, etc. but because this year the stars are, at least to me, the best ones in years. The Spanish cava brand has chosen the Olympic rhythmic gymnastics team to star in this new commercial for this year’s Christmas. The six girls team, Olympic champions, have given everything of themselves so we can see an enjoy this advertisement from my point of view, unprecedented. No, they are not “famous” like Messi, Cristiano, or an actor/actress, but surely none of us would be able to do what they do with ribbons, balls and even their own bodies even practising for months…

The advertisement premiered at the National Maritime Museum in Barcelona. A beautiful place full of charm and magic for a night where everything “shine”. This was the mood of this year’s brand, to shine.

But if I am telling you this story is because I want to emphasize how important the role of women today is. Yes, we can, and we prove it every day. Married mothers, single mothers, young girls, students, older women… all of them fight daily to finally get the equality with them, and we will. These girls that won the Olympic medal!! (something you do not get every day, of course!), when they arrived to Spain there were anyone but their families waiting at the airport… To me this is really crazy, they are champions! And we got crazy when we see X football player or singer?! Please, let’s value a little effort and the work of the fighter women, steady people, that follow their dreams. I want to tell you that starting with my mother and continue with my grandmothers, aunts, sister, cousins,… I come from a family of fighters women, and not all have always had the destiny by their side, but we have never give up on anything.

I love being a woman! And I’m proud of it and I will keep on fighting every day to make the future easier for us.

¡Buenos días!

Una de las cosas que os he comentado mil veces que más me gusta de mi trabajo es conocer a personas increíbles y además pasármelo bien.

Aunque estas fotos son para una revista (yo las comparto con vosotros sin retocar pero ya sabéis que para editoriales siempre se cuida hasta el último detalle así que saldrán más retocadas) pero he querido compartir algunas de ellas con vosotros para que veáis cómo vivimos el “detrás de las cámaras”. Yo no soy perfecta, pero es que tampoco busco serlo, me encanta que cada uno tengamos nuestros defectos y virtudes, eso es lo que nos hace más humanos. Bueno, ¡os avisaré cuando salga la revista para que la compremos todos!

A mi personalmente no me gusta salir en las fotos seria. Cuando tengo que hacer algún shooting que requiere que esté más seria me pongo nerviosa porque no se ponerme seria, y además luego en las fotos finales no me siento tan identificada, no me reconozco. Estoy acostumbrada a ir con una sonrisa en la cara aunque ya sabéis que la procesión se lleva por dentro… hehe.

En fin, que para mi es un lujazo poder disfrutar de mi trabajo con gente tan profesional como es todo el equipo de The Extreme Collection pero sobre todo me alegra poder ser yo misma con ellos y eso se nota siempre en el resultado final.

No os olvidéis de ser siempre vosotros mismos, de no perder vuestra esencia.

Good Morning!

One of the things that I have told you a thousand times that I like most about my job is meeting incredible people and also to have fun, to enjoy what I do.

Although these pictures are for a magazine (I wanted to share them with you unretouched but you know that for a fashion editorial always need to take care of every single detail so they will be a little bit different) I wanted to show you some of them so you can see how is the live “behind the scenes”. I’m not a perfect woman, and actually I don’t wan to be either. I try to be always as much natural as possible. We all have strengths and weaknesses but this is what in the end make us human. I will let you know when will be launched the magazine so we all can buy it!

I personally do not like to posh serious in the photos. Sincerely it’s not my style. When I have to do some shooting that requires me to be more serious I get nervous because I really do not know how to be like serious, and also in the final photos then I do not feel so identified, I do not recognise myself. I’m used to go with a smile on my face every day no matter what problems I’m passing through… all of us have our personal things.

Anyway, I feel so lucky and blessed to enjoy like this my work with people as professional as the entire team of The Extreme Collection but mostly I’m happy to be myself with them and that is always shown in the final result.

Do not forget never to be just yourself, always. Which is not an easy thing nowadays…

Como os he dicho muchas veces, un factor muy importante a la hora de hacernos las fotos para el blog es el fondo.

El ‘background’ es clave y tenemos que seleccionarlo en función de la ropa que llevemos puesta. No nos vamos a ir con tacones al campo, por ejemplo.

Una de las localizaciones cercanas a mi casa que más me gusta es la Biblioteca Nacional. Esta escalinata y portones, aparte de tener colores neutros como el gris o el blanco roto, me gustan porque tienen mucha historia, es un edificio mítico de Madrid.

Y si a esto le unes que este shooting lo hice con mi amigo Carlitos y que además tuvimos la suerte de contar con un fotógrafo de excepción como es Martín, entonces ya el resultado seguro que va a ser muy bueno.

Me gusta enconarme y añadir a mi vida a personas que me hagan ser feliz, que saquen lo mejor de mi misma, que sumen siempre. Esto es lo que me pasa con Carlos. Somos amigos desde hace años y cada día nuestra amistad es más fuerte hasta el punto de que me da miedo a veces porque incluso sabe lo que pienso sin decirle nada, ¡alucinante! hahaha. Y Martín es un súper profesional con el que tengo la suerte de poder contar en las ocasiones más importantes, gracias por siempre saber qué quiero conseguir, que a veces no es fácil entenderme…

En fin, busquemos siempre rodearnos de gente así, positiva y alegre, y creo que llevaremos nuestra vida de una forma más feliz.

Aprovechando los que creo que serán los últimos días de altas temperaturas del Otoño, he recuperado mis shorts vaqueros para combinarlos con una camisa blanca, una blazer por encima y mis bailarinas negras de charol y piel. El top de encaje saldrá mañana en el blog con varias opciones sobre cómo combinarlo, como me habéis pedido.

As I have said many times, the background of a picture is a very important thing when taking photos for a blog or for the medias.

The ‘background’ is the key and we have to select it depending on the clothes we are wearing. We are not going to go with heels to the country field, for example.

One of the locations near to my house that I like most is the National Library. This staircase and big doors, apart from having neutral colors like gray or off-white, I like the place because it has a lot of history, it is a mythical building in Madrid.

And my dear friend Carlos also joined this shooting. We were so lucky to have an exceptional photographer as Martín, so you can imagine the results with these two guys… it would be very good.

I like to find and add to my life people that make me be happy, to get the better of myself, to always add positive things. This is what happens with Carlos. We are friends since many years ago and every day our friendship is stronger to the point that sometimes it scares me because he even knows what I’m thinking without saying anything, amazing! hahaha. And Martín is a super professional with whom I have the good luck to work on the most important occasions, thanks for always know what I want to achieve, which is not always an easy job to understand me…

So, surround always yourselves with people so positive and cheerful, and I think you will have happier and more positive life.

Taking advantage of what I think it will be the last days of high temperatures of Autumn, I recovered my shorts denim jeans and I combined them with a white shirt, a blazer over and my black patent leather ballerinas. The lace top I will show you tomorrow on the blog with some options of how to combine it, as you have asked me.

Monday is a happy day!

Entiendo que soy una “suertuda” porque generalmente no me cuesta nada levantarme por las mañanas. De hecho lo suelo hacer unos minutos antes de que suene el despertador.

Además, aunque no me gusta que me hablen durante los primeros minutos porque me gusta estar tranquila y en calma valorando interiormente el día que me espera, me levanto casi siempre feliz y alegre, y mucho más estos días con el solazo y las altas temperaturas que estamos teniendo en Madrid.

Como os he dicho mil veces pienso que la vida es una cuestión de actitud. Si nos levantamos pensando “qué día tan bonito, hoy va a ser un gran día” seguramente lo será. Pues esto, que parece sencillo pero que no lo es y que yo llevo practicando ya algunos meses, es lo que os recomiendo hacer cada mañana.

El Retiro me gusta aparte de por ser un parque precioso también porque en él te puedes encontrar gente de todo tipo y haciendo todo tipo de cosas. ¿Una de las cosas que más me gusta a mi? La gente que baila. Hay muchos grupos de personas siempre bailando y ensayando canciones y yo muchas veces me uno a ellos a mi ritmo como pasó ayer en este shooting que realizamos en el parque.

Llevo un LBD (Little Black Dress) con dos mangas atadas en la cintura que sabéis que es la última tendencia y encima me puse mi nueva blazer blanca que estaba deseando estrenar. Botines de piel negros con hebilla para romper la elegancia del resto de prendas y mi nuevo bolso negro de piel con detalles dorados que por fin os enseño en un look.

Y aquí os dejo con mi primer “prueba” de vídeo con mi nueva cámara GoPro Hero 4 Silver, ¡espero ir mejorando! hehe.

Ya sabéis, ¡a comerse el Lunes con una sonrisa!

I understand that I am a “lucky” woman because it usually does not cost me a big effort to wake up in the mornings. In fact I usually do it a few minutes before the alarm sounds.

Also, although I do not like to talk during the first few minutes of the day because I like to be quiet and calm valuing internally my daily agenda, I use to get up happy and cheerful, and more these days with the sun and high temperatures that we are having in Madrid.

As I have said a thousand times I think that life is a matter of attitude. If we wake up like thinking “what a beautiful day! Today is going to be a great day” surely it will be. This seems simple but actually it is not and I’ve already been practicing it since some months ago and this is what I recommend you to do each morning.

I do like so much El Retiro’s apart from being a beautiful park in the centre of the city also because you can find all kinds of people and doing all kinds of things. Do you want to know one of my favourites? People dancing. There are many groups of people always dancing and preparing song playbacks and sometimes I join them at my own rhythm as it happened yesterday afternoon during in this shooting we did in the park.

To stroll around the park I was wearing a LBD (Little Black Dress) with two sleeves tied at the waist that you know which is the latest trend and my new white blazer over. My black leather booties with buckle broke the elegance touch of the rest of the outfit and my new black leather bag with gold details that I finally show you in a look.

And here you have my first video with my new camera Go Pro Hero 4 Silver, I like it and it’s very hight image quality! I hope to get to used it better and better hehe.
