Como ya os dije uno de mis propósitos del 2016 ha sido empezar a cuidarme. No sólo por fuera, que eso ya lo hacía, sino también por dentro. Y para empezar a cuidarme la verdad es que no me ha venido nada mal una ayudita externa como la de Forte Pharma que os voy a contar hoy.

Ya sabéis que yo no suelo tomar pastillas para casi nada, porque no me gusta tener que depender todos los días de algo, pero cuando es un tratamiento corto, a medio plazo, y además es efectivo, entonces si me apunto.

Aparte de que he empezado a ir a yoga y a pilates por fin en un centro al lado de mi casa (y estoy deseando volver mañana a esta rutina para contárosla dentro de poco en el blog), también he empezado a comer de una forma más saludable. Está bien eso de hamburguesas, grasas ,chucherías, etc. de vez en cuando, pero la verdad es que no es una forma de vida buena y al final todo tiene sus consecuencias. Aunque soy una mujer de constitución delgada, mis últimos análisis no han dicho lo mismo. No ha salido nada alarmante por ahora, pero si ha sido un aviso que me he tomado muy en serio.

Forte Pharma es una marca que ya conocía pero que nunca había probado hasta ahora. Se llaman Forte Pharma Turboslim y os puedo asegurar que en el mes que llevo con el tratamiento (duran de 2 a 3 meses), he notado que se me ha reducido, aunque como os he dicho antes todo tiene que ir unido a un estilo de vida saludable y a hacer algo de ejercicio.

As I told you one of my new goals for 2016 was to start a new healthier life. Not only from the outside, that I already did, but from the inside. And the truth is that Forte Pharma has helped me during this process with the products that I will talk you about today. 

You know that I do not usually take pills for anything because I do not like having to take them every day, but when it is for a short period of time in the medium term, and also very effective, I’m in.
